Great deal for a refurbished gaming computer
Got this computer a couple months ago and it works like a charm. Everything was intact, and it came with everything you need (except the monitor, which I ordered separately) to set up a simple setup; the computer, keyboard, mouse, Wi-Fi adapter and light strip remote (since the computer had a controllable light strip on the front). The only downside is that I haven’t got the setup to run Windows 11 yet, so I’m stuck on Windows 10 Pro, which is fine with me.

Video Card was dead before I ever opened the box
I don’t honestly know who was to blame: Amazon Refurb or UPS. I am guessing UPS. The package was supposed to be delivered to two day delivery but UPS claimed it was delayed because their semi truck didn’t leave the depot on time and it had to wait for another whole day to switch trucks. It ended up being over a week late. Upon arrival the box had serious damage to it. One end was crushed. UPS had placed new tape all over the box saying Fragile, wrapping it like a piece of thread on a ball of yarn. It looked ridiculous. One end actually had a hole in it. I didn’t notice that at first, as I was excited to open my new computer. It was easy to attach all the cords and get it ready to start in around 3 minutes. The power lights came on on the back and it has power BUT the video card was dead. No picture to the monitor at all. I already have three two working computers and my monitor for this was works fine. My monitor did not detect the gpu at all. Also, the power cord that was sent with the device was an EU (European) power cord. For those that do not know, power cords in different countries or continents sometimes (like this one) have different prongs on their power cords. More often than not, EU power cords do Not fit power outlets in the USA unless you have an adapter (which did not come with the computer). I have been programming computers since I was 8 years old and building computers on and off since I was 20 and I am now 50 years old. I know computers. I simply saw a decent rig for my grandson at a great price and jumped on it. I know this pc has some bad reviews, some about the video card, but I honestly believe that the reason it arrived late was because it was damaged in transit and UPS didn’t want to admit they messed up and get a replacement from Amazon. I think that if the pc had not been damaged by UPS, this pc would have probably worked great. I do suggest getting the warranty on all computers. It is often worth it.

    Overall Good Refurb System
We have bought seven of these now to use as Autocad workstations, and they are good used systems. They are fast and have good specs for the price. We have only had an issue with one unit that gave a POST Error ME 974 on boot, which after troubleshooting was fixed by changing the ME FLASH OVERRIDE jumper on the motherboard and also disabling the Intel Management Engine Interface in device manager under System devices in case anyone else runs into the same problem.

    Good but weird issue
It started off great i get high 100’s to 200 fps on most games. But I’ve had a weird issue my monitor randomly goes black I’ve had it for months no problem on my old pc or xbox series s I changed the power cord to my monitor in case it’s better but it still happens i think it’s from the power to the graphics card my not be enough. It may be a problem with my monitor but i think it’s something with the computer. Besides that it works amazing although I wish the ssd was more then 128 gigs.Edit,I am returning the pc not that it’s bad but the load times are pretty long so I got a series s because it’s faster and more practical.

    DEAD in six months!
We bought two, one for me, one for my wife. Mine hasn’t been used yet as my old one is still working. Hers was used for simple games. After just six months it died. She walked away after closing all the windows and later on, the HP screen showed up and the computer is frozen solid. We tried starting all over and it will not take any inputs from the mouse or keyboard and just shows the HP screen. No symptoms, no indications that something was going bad, just blip: dead. The gaming lights come on, but otherwise it’s a doorstop now. The shops want $75-150 just to take a look at it.

Computer shipped with defective RealTek USB Network Adapter. Had to buy a working adapter.
Bought this PC for my grandson in another state. He got the PC and was very excited. However, when he got the PC powered up and connected to the Wi-Fi, downloads were very slow and would drop. My daughter called the support line and was told she needed to go out and buy an external Wi-Fi adapter. She spent $50 for another adapter and was able to get the PC stable connected to the network.SO MUCH FOR AMAZON’S RENEWED GUARANTEE! We should be reimbursed for the adapter we had to buy.

    Bad Shipping / Great Computer
The product is outstanding. However, the mfg printed the UPS shipping label, but did not give the item to UPS for 4 days. IT showed 6 in stock when ordered.I had to call Amazon Customer Service as the delivery date changed eventhough the item was ready to ship. Once Amazon Customer Service contacted the mfg they gave the item to UPS.The computer is outstanding,
