HORRIBLE SHIPPING PROCESS
UPS were the people who shipped this via Amazon. I spent nearly $320 on this product and UPS was very incompetent and extremely stressful to work with. First off I had to download the proprietary UPS app to track my package, second off they skipped my house literally 3 times and then when they passed my house the 4th time, that’s when they actually delivered it. Then they wanted a signature which my roommates were really not wanting to do since I was at work, but someone did sign for it and I just installed it in my computer. Please note that you do need a PSU that supports either a 6+2 pin or an 8-pin configuration, and if you have neither of those you need to upgrade your PSU. There are 8-pin adapters for this but they are very dangerous to use and are a serious housefire risk due to how the nature of the pins work by design. Now that the GPU is actually delivered and I’m looking at what it’s doing performance wise, it’s getting 97 FPS 1080p with the Uniengine Heaven benchmark. I bought this card as a replacement to my GTX 980 which was starting to fail. The second reason I bought this card was because I was tired of having 40 FPS while 1080P gaming. My goal is to get as close to 240FPS as possible and so far with this benchmark I’m doing, it’s meeting my expectations. Please note that my settings for the Unigine Heaven benchmark 4.0 was Ultra Quality, 1920×1080 8xAA Fullscreen, Extreme Tessellation under a 2700x Ryzen 7 on Win 11. I’m aware that if I turned down Tessellation, my score would be higher.October 2024 Edit:GPU is still working after 4 months. GPU never really gets hot unless I put on a very intensive game. Most games get 140+ FPS with older titles HITTING that 240 FPS I bought the GPU for. Should’ve I gotten the 40xx series? I didn’t bother cuz my PSU doesn’t support 16-pin connectors that the 40xx lineup requires.Pros:-Almost always cool, never gets that hot-Is quiet even under load-140+ FPS usually… Had over 120+ FPS in the RE4 Remake and a solid 40-60 in the new Silent Hill 2 Remake-GREAT PRICE for the GPU you actually getCons:-GPU still struggles with DX12, my 980 GTX struggled even worse with the API-2x 6-Pin (or 4+2) required, meaning you will need to have support for that out of the box on the PSU-Runs hot when playing something like Resident Evil 7, and you can feel the heat emanating from it when it does run hot-There are better GPUs to buy that perform better but this 3060 RTX is more for if you got a tight budget-UPS will overcomplicate the shipping process and you’ll have to download thier software to track your package

Great Value! Incredible Performance!
I built a coding/CAD machine for my business, and I chose this GeForce RTX 3060 card. This card, for the price, is truly amazing! I’ve got two 32″ monitors and a 27″ monitor connected, and I’m throwing windows all over the place without issue/delay, and it handles all my CAD drawings splendidly! I do occasionally play games on it, and I like that Starfield runs beautifully on it without hiccup! Recommended!

A dad’s review of this card, dad to dad, dad to mom, dad to kid! Read below a real simple review…
My son has been going crazy because his friend got a new computer and of course an expensive graphics card in it. Suddenly I found our house empty after school as the kids are into playing a few games on the PC. Honestly, I appreciate them using the computer to play games more so than the Xbox as they’re using the keyboard and a mouse and typing, and they’re installing and setting profiles and learning at least a little in setting up some of these complicated games. The cost – yes, it’s expensive, for sure a big purchase. But I will tell you, his computer could hardly play some of his favorite games… I’ve been thinking about building him a new computer from the ground up. But I read a few reviews and decided after much deliberation to buy this card… it changed everything. The computer screams – it’s like a brand-new computer plus the fact that the games are incredible. While I didn’t want to top his friends, I figured if I’m doing it – do it so I don’t have to buy another card in 2 years. This card certainly fits the bill for exactly that. It’s a win – just drop it in the cart if it’s on sale and buy, you’re not going to be disappointed. Here’s the other thing – I looked at the 3070 but that card is just way too much money. After seeing this card render the games – I honestly question how it could possibly get better. That’s a serious statement.Pros:- This install is simple, open the case, slide it in and plug the power cable in and close the case.- Windows automatically recognizes the card and handles the install process. Of course, you could still go to the manufacture site and grab the additional tweaking software if you’re really into that.- THE CARD CRUSHES 3D!!! Even I was blown away by how good the games played and the totality of what I was watching on the screen… it’s borderline a movie. Cool!Cons:- It’s expensive – but you’re going to buy it and it should last plenty of years. If you’re looking for a really nice card and to put a smile on your face and see your computer scream again like it’s new… this is the card for you.Hope you enjoy – this would make a great Christmas gift.

Fought me, but now it works.
It was not playing ball with my computer and took half a week to even work at all. Then I had to use work-arounds for over 2 months. One day it decided to just do its job 100% of the time. I have NO CLUE what was wrong and had 2 experts shake heads and say “I see nothing wrong, it should be working, maybe get a refund.” But being lazy paid off, and now we’re best friends. Great value, great output, but longer setup phase than it had any right to.

Has Worked Great
This GPU has worked great since I bought it. No complaints. Runs all my games, records my game play, and works great for video editing. The 3060 is still a pretty good buy today but there are going to be newer and better things coming out.

Awesome card for MSFS at 1080p and keeping a constant 50 FPS. Itâs very nice and quiet and easy to install. Good job Gigabyte and thanks for awesome products.

The card works great, temperature under full load don’t go above 72-75°C which is pretty respectable, if you are in creativity field the 12 gb vram certainly helps. Overall if you need a pretty solid graphics card with a lot of vram and it falls into your budget then go for it.
