Excellent product. Easy installation, great price, & performs awesome!
System works very well. I install many types of mini splits. I have worked in the hvac field for many years. I rate this mini split just as high as I would any of the higher end systems. It is extremely quiet. It’s not a big deal but if I could change anything I’d like to see a display of the temp on the front of the unit.

Could not be happier
I love how this heat pump produces heat at 18 Degrees. I just installed it in my 800 sf garage to apartment conversion. I had a company install it for a reasonable fee. I did the electrical. It’s currently heating the space before I drywall it. I have 2 more different sizes here to install in 2 other spaces that currently have baseboard heat. I generally only use Goodman products because I have had all my jobs use goodman for the last 20 years. That includes over 200 homes. I cannot believe how quiet the unit is on the inside and outside. Great product. ð

I ordered the 9000 BTU for a 300 square foot room & the Goodman works very well! It keeps the room very warm! I highly recommend this product.

This system arrives much sooner than I anticipated, it was delivered in a flat bed truck on a pallet. It was well packaged. It was installed and works great. Whisper quiet. Works on remote, ver happy with purchase. The only one issue is mine did not have the mounting bracket, but was easy to purchase at any place that sells hvac

Goodman inverter unit 12000 btu runs off of 220 15 amp bearkes
Just Got unit hooked up and it seems to work good and unit had already had Freon in it with no leaks the remote was difficult to figure out still learning it

Not Goodman At all, it is a repackaged Daikin
I installed this unit per instructions , And it would not turn on. Light flashing, indicating something is wrong with it. After Spending hours just trying to find information on the proper use of the remote to diagnose the unit Iâm over it . model numbers donât get you anywhere. Canât get to fault codes. Rechecked everything , Supposed to be fuses and the unit but after examination, I donât want to take it apart. They talk like these units are a breeze to install, but bending copper tubing without crimping, it is not an easy task with limited space to do it. So I canât even force start it to pump the Freon back into the condenser . This is a replacement unit for one I installed a couple of years ago that really wasnât large enough
