Use this headset for work and zoom calls. Nice sound quality, comfortable, and easy to use.

They can’t hear me
I purchased this for call center work from home. Everyone says they can’t hear me, which makes the unit useless for the application for which it was bought. It is very comfortable and the audio from the headset speaker is very good. But without a good microphone I can’t use this.

Almost Perfect
Only two issues.1. Strange voice speaks to you in the headset when muting and unmuting the microphone. When this voice plays, anyone else speaking is muted so during a meeting if you are muted but need to come off mute quickly you need to wait for the message to finish playing and miss a sentence or two of what is being said.2. Your voice does not play into the headset at a very low volume while speaking. This headset seals to your head very well and muffles your voice as you speak. Other headsets will pipe some of your microphone input into the speakers so that it sounds more normal when speaking.

Used in multiple use cases. I use these every day for work as a consultant on calls, video meetings and such, but I’ve also used them for gaming and watching films. The noise cancellation is spot on, the sound quality is exceptional and the hand mute functions are just the icing on the cake. Excellent value for money.I would advise using the dongle though not relying on Bluetooth where possible.

Après avoir longtemps cherché un casque pour faire de longues visioconférence, voici un produit simple, fonctionnel, qui répond à mes attentes. Le fait de pouvoir couper le micro en levant le micro s’avère vraiment très pratique, voire indispensable. Par rapport aux casques avec des boutons, là, on sait immédiatement si le micro est “ouvert” ou “fermé”. Le voyant de visualisation est rouge quand une conversation Teams est engagée. Également très pratique pour être immédiatement identifié comme “en communication, à ne pas déranger”. Beaucoup de bon sens et d’utilisabilité dans ce casque.Un seul bémol, ce casque n’a pas de retour micro dans les écouteurs. C’est un casque englobant, qui coupe du bruit extérieur, ce qui est top ; mais vu qu’il y a deux écouteurs (contrairement au H1), le casque nous isole de notre propre voix. C’est un peu déroutant, comme de parler avec les mains sur les oreilles. J’ai essayé d’autre casques, mais je préfère ce désagrément mineur tout en bénéficiant de toutes les qualités du casque.Gros point positif. J’ai envoyé cette remarque au support, suggérant que le firmware du casque pourrait être amélioré pour offrir un retour micro dans les écouteurs, et les échanges furent très cordiaux, très soignés et j’ai même bénéficié d’une remise sur mon achat pour avoir contacté le support à ce sujet. Franchement, un support vraiment top. Vivement la version avec le retour micro, et le produit sera parfait.En attendant le produit parfait, je viens d’en acheter deux exemplaires de plus pour mes proches. La satisfaction est au rendez-vous.
