The item was listed as new!! Upon booting the laptop, I received a notification from HP that the Warranty had expired on 05/22/2022. I had to purchase post warranty coverage with HP ($118.00) for the unit to be repaired but the seller didn’t hesitate to assist after initiating contact and refunding the purchase of the warranty.

DO NOT BUY! This is a scam!
After four months of regular use, this laptop started crashing. The log showed a problem with Windows. We removed and reinstalled Windows. It did not fix the problem. We contacted HP, because as stated earlier, the laptop is only four months old. They tried to trouble shoot, nothing worked. They sent us a box to send in for repair. The repair was denied, because the hard drive installed is NOT an HP product, which VOIDS the warranty! We were scammed! DO NOT purchase this laptop! The cost of repair through HP is over $400. I repeat, this product is a scam. DO NOT purchase.

SHOULD FIVE STARS
This computer is costly and deserves five stars for all its features and fantastic simplicity in setting it up. However, it arrived with only HALF a power cord (the plug for the socket from the transformer on was not in the box). Luckily, I had the cord from my older HP computer to attach; however, if did not have that, it would have been a major inconvenience. Since I wanted to keep the older computer as a spare, I went to a big box computer store to purchase another power cord (turns out they are rather pricey). I should not have had to do that. Had I not lived in a large city, that step would not have been easy, either. Since I had spent a large sum on this Item, such a layout of further money and inconvenience seems sloppy on the part of HP. However, that is my only complaint because the computer. It is powerful, easy to learn, has a exceptionally sharp screen resolution, and sort of runs itself.
