The laptop fulfilled my wants/needs. It was shipped very promptly. I had a question on the Lifetime Microsoft software which was answered very promptly and with total satisfaction on my end.

The computer is excellent! No complaints. The ear buds……not so much. They worked and on first charge only the right one charges, I used reset process and same issue continues. I have since used another product. I really liked those ear buds.

Battery life
I purchased this computer for $900.00. It hit all the marks. Touchscreen, back lite, microsoft office for a life time and 10.75 battery life and so on. After 5 weeks the battery life went down to only 2-3 hrs. I have to keep it plugged in. I contacted the seller and he said that he would send me a return lable. I replyed and asked for an exchange because if I reorder it will cost me an additional $100. His reply said that all of the computers he would send me have a 2-3 hr. battery life. The site says 10.75 hours and he just told me in reallity it is only 2-3 hrs. Or he just wants the additional $100. I will be returning this computer. Very deseptive!!! He knows what he is selling and LIED.
