I have a family member that hasn’t had a computer in years. I thought I’d buy her this to keep her entertained. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect and as new/although it is a referb. Upon opening everything was perfect! If there were any “issues” cosmetically we sure did not see them. Everything seemed to be as new and perfect! Very professionally packaged. I bought this because EVERYONE uses “Chrome” and it is self updating. It arrived, we set it up. have a “mac” and I was unsure of the speed and quality of this machine. After set up/which wasn’t hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the screen quality and sound. I opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This has very limited memory and RAM. However My cousin uses this for surfing the web,watching movies,facebook,ect…and everything works flawlessly! She doesn’t use this for editing photo’s or storing pictures, so the size of the memory does not affect her. If you are looking to get online and browse, have fun, watch online movies, this is perfect! The 90 day return warranty backed by Amazon is what sold me, and the overall impression of this laptop is what made me leave this review. As I read others reviews/as I am writing this/of the “mouse-track pad issue- for a few bucks you can add a wireless mouse. The overall quality of this is awesome!!

I love my Chromebook!
OMG my old chromebook died! I realized that I use it WAY more than my desktop computer – read that as ALL DAY LONG! I use it for work, for contacting friends, for using recipes when I cook, for literally everything! So when it bit the dust, I was in a panic as to what to do. Along came this HP which is almost identical to my old one. I LOVE it. The price was right, comes with the charging cable, lasts a long time with a full charge. It does not have a touch screen which is OK with me, and best of all, if I ever have to replace it, all my info is already stored in Chrome, and I can just pick up where I left off. LOVE it to pieces! Great product, would absolutely endorse it for sure.

I bought it in Jan or Feb and it’s been working good. No problems to report. I like the quality of it, it has a “phone” feature where you can download apps from Google play store. And no, ITS NOT TOUCH SCREEN, the C type charger is good and it last long.

How can you beat the price?
The refurbished chrome book that I bought two years ago has slowly stopped wanting to connect to the internet, so I had to replace it. I LOVE refurbished laptops. The HP I just purchased looks brand new, has the power cord (also looks new) and took me less than 10 minutes to set up with my google account. I see no reason to pay full price for laptops/chrome books. All I need a chrome book for is to do online shopping and checking my social media accounts, and my HP works great for that.

I would say you get what you pay for â¦. But you donât even really get that . You canât use Canva on it , your kiddos canât play ABC mouse or Prodigy. Seriously pointless . The keyboard feels like itâs plastic and gonna fall off . And the screen is blue

This is my second ChromebookMy previous was cellular connect but sadly die on me and couldnât find another one.But this is perfect for me not only is super fast the both time is on seconds only the performance is greatI do everything on this, light weight and easy to carry is excellent to take on the roadAnd the battery life is good several hours before dieNo touch scream on this model but I donât feel the need to use that option.The trackpad is very response and the screen definition full HD is greatOverall I do recommend this product for catching up with your favorites website movies Netflix etcAlmost forgot I got this one for the game play steam and I wasnât disappointed it handles well those gamesSadly the steam service is going to be shut down next year but nevertheless it performs as advertised.

Llegó muy bien empaquetada por sus caracterÃsticas es un Chromebook muy bien optimizado, además de que estéticamente es muy bonito, elegante y súper delgado, en la descripción indica trae un procesador Celeron pero revisándola tiene un pentium N5030 de 4 núcleos y con sus 4gb de ram funciona perfectamente para ofimática, multimedia, videojuegos, etc, puedes editar tus documentos en Googledocs u office lo único es que en la descripción dice con teclado Retroiluminado y no es asi, tiene wifi 5 y 2.4, Bluetooth, el teclado viene sin la ñ pero no es problema solo usas Alt+n en teclado us extendido para no perder la configuración un equipo que vale al cien por lo que pagas y aunque es renovado viene con una estética y funcionalidad de nuevo y con actualizaciones hasta junio del 2026, considero puedes hacer un poco más con este portátil pasando del usuario promedio, totalmente recomendable para trabajos de oficina, escuela y videojuegos. Excelente compra!!!

La he utilizado por cerca de mes y medio, me ha gustado mucho y a superado mis expectativas. Es ligera,rápida, fácil de utilizar, muy buena resolución. Se conecta a un WiFi fácil. Y rápido, y también desde mi celular se vinculan.Sinceramente no soy muy diestra en temas de las nuevas tecnologÃas, sin embargo, utilizar los documentos de Google como procesador de textos, presentaciones tipo power point o las videoconferencias en meet o zoom,me ha resultado muy fácil de usar.Puedo trasladarla y llevarla de viaje, pesa poco, es de un buen tamaño, como un cuaderno profesional.Es de aluminio la cubierta tipo Mac.Leà algunas reseñas ya que siempre me sirven para decidir mi compra, por eso hice lo propio, la recomiendo ampliamente.
