Keyboard issues
So if the laptop worked without issues, the specs and functionality would be fine, but it doesn’t. There was an issue with the keyboard sticking and randomly typing in all caps (which completely ruins everything). Tried all available troubleshooting and nothing resolved the issue, so had to return.

It was a refurbished one and thatâs not what I wanted plus I would have issues when it was in sleep mode you had to power off and let it sit for awhile then power back on.
