Great but…
Laptop works fine for basic things. Had the laptop for a year and per usual with HP laptops, it’s slowing down severely and graphical issues are occurring. For the price, might be better off with a custom desktop. It does what it can, I’m disappointed this laptop only lasted a year before major problems came up.

Would not buy this computer again. I’m not sure if I just got a bad apple, but this computer takes forever to boot up, many times it sems to reset and act as if I’m turning it on for the first time ever. I have had nothing but issues with this and I really regret making this purchase.

Windows 11 with 365 added pulled most of my files from my older Dell Desktop into the HP. Still can’t get Outlook to function. ADVISE, don’t get Windows 10. Windows 11 is a lot better.

Product didnât match description. No fingerprint sensor. Company was easy and quick to work with. Excellent customer service. Everything else seems to be fine. The battery doesnât last as long as expected.

DONOT BUY! HP won’t honor this warrenty!
I have had this computer for 6 months. It now has a bios error and no longer works. HP says this memory configuration is not factory and voids the warranty. I will have to payout of pocket if I want this fixed.
