Low Cost with a Strong Caveat
Upon receiving the product, the touchpad never work out of the box. Luckily, the laptop is under a warranty and has been sent to local HP for defective part replacement. As of 10 December, I still wait for touchpad part replacement from Singapore.The hardware spec of laptop I received matched the one advertised in Amazon.When I found that the touchpad was not working at all, I wished to return the defective laptop. But I found out that the return shipping cost (to Amazon, US) would be prohibitively expensive (USD 150 via DHL). So I had to keep the laptop and tried finding a proper fix locally.
