Works well for personal or work use
I use this laptop for work and I really like it. I needed something simple, but one that worked well enough to be able to take care of all the things I need to do for work. I ended up really enjoying it for personal use as well, and have found myself using it a lot more than I expected. It comes with a really good quality charger, and the battery life lasts a long time. It also has pretty good sound for the price. All things considered, this is the best budget laptop Iâve ever gotten.

A very cost-effective alternative to laptops and tablets.
The only downside to buying a renewed one is that ChromeOS updates are provided for 10 years from original purchase date. The one that it replaced did just fine for 20 before some apps stopped working.

Keyboard didnât work, had to buy second one
The Keyboard didnât work when it arrived and we had to order a second one as a replacement. For $36 though you probably should expect some problems. The screen, battery and keypad seem to work okay.

“RECONDITIONED” means not functional. Someone else’s junk.
Purchased as a Christmas gift so past return limit. Unable to exchange because you don’t want your junk back. Supposedly inspected and in great condition. Charging cable doesn’t work. Touchscreen doesn’t work. Video instructions do not match options on the computer so unable to follow video for help. Chat with support not helpful. Manufacturer wants to sell replacement parts. Done with reconditioned or refurbished. And will not order anymore electronics on Amazon.

Great School Computer
Ordered it because of it’s size and it’s perfect. Extremely easy to set up and navigate, came in great condition with no scratches or sticky keys. Charger came with a USB-C add-on instead of a straight up USB-C cord, but it fits the charger fine and doesn’t seem to have any problems connecting. Battery has yet to run out on me, but I’m also plugging it in to charge every time I’m not using it. Lasts several hours with no performance problems. Also, everything syncs with your Google account if you have one, so that helps skip a lot of the set up time.For the price, I was expecting a lot worse. I couldn’t be happier with this little laptop. Perfect for college students looking to take notes on the go. Pictured next to my Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop for size reference.
