Itâs ok
I had another Chromebook, which was great. I thought this one would be equally has good but itâs not. While it works fine. Itâs not as easy to use. Colors are not bright and vibrant; doesnât have a touch screen even though that was mentioned. Will probably gift this one and buy what I really want. It may have been a refurbished version. I will check details more carefully before my next purchase.

Only thing that bothers me a bit , is that the keyboard being gray with white letters, does not have enough contrast in low light conditions.

Password difficulty signing in
After the Geek Squad spending time trying to sign in and connecting, it was suggested that I contact the seller. This is used for personal and small business and is not being user friendly or dependable. This is my third Chromebook and never had this problem

Not as described — no 128GB hard drive
This was such a disappointing purchase — for my teenage daughter who is rough with her devices. I wanted a 128 GB hard drive on a Chromebook and HP is a good name so this sounded fine and it was priced accordingly. What arrived was a 64GB hard drive with 64GB SD card and thumbdrive reader thing with no further instructions. The instruction pamphlet from HP that was included showed a card slot — this computer did not have an SD card slot. This item was not described correctly and it was deceiving for the customer — they added their own wonky “upgrade” and pushed the price up, but gave you $40 off as a hook. I called Amazon immediately. They gave me the number for the seller — I got a recording. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, now we have to wait for the return and refund to be processed. It was a mistake to buy this, but I guess it all depends on what you’re looking for. I don’t feel like it’s practical for a teen at all. My kid will break off that stupid thumbdrive in a hot second! And more importantly, the Seller needs to describe their items accurately to begin with.
