Needs An Hdmi Adaptor
Does not come with an hdmi outlet, so if you are planning to use an hdmi cable you will need to get an hdmi adaptor with a displayport of some kind. I don’t know what it’s called at the moment. But the piece is easy and cheap to find on amazon.

Separate Speaker Connections DO NOT WORK On Mine!
Customer Service was really bad, they wanted me to return it instead of just giving me the $10 off needed to buy USB speakers as the modular plug would not work. Hard to believe, but they did not care, so they’ll never get my business again.Also, had to buy a $30 transfer hookup/wire JUST BECAUSE it was Win11, which is not right, but that’s more Msoft than the retailer, so just be aware as now I have that wire/hookup which is useless for anything else.Still, judging by the other reviews, I lucked out that it works at all, and I DO RECOMMEND the extra Service Plan since who knows how long it’ll last?

Deserves less than one star
Computer came in a box within another box. There was NO packing material in either box. The computer box was rattling, opened it and the computer, mouse and keyboard were in it w/o any packing, just thrown in, 4 keys were missing, found them down in box and snapped them back on.I wrote a terrible view right then. But I chose to hook it up to see if maybe good. After 3 tries booting, it comes on and it has “Colt M***tin” for the log in asking for a pW. In NO way was this refurb’d and reset to factory specs. I requested a return immediatley and Packaged it 100% better than it came. How Sad, so sad at the trouble I’ve now gone through and am so skeptical of ordering refurb again. Such a pity.
