Excellent PC, Good for budget gaming 1080p@60fps.
I bought this product from Tekrefurbs, they are an excellent company and the product came in almost brand new condition (it even smelled brand new). I had absolutely no issues with this PC and it ran lightning fast, and is an excellent desktop PC at a great value. I did run into some issues that had nothing to do with Tekreferbs or Amazon (more of an HP issue).I ended up returning this PC because I was going to turn it into a budget gaming PC, however I ran into a few problems.After doing research I discovered that I needed to upgrade my Power Supply Unit to at-least 450watts minimum. If you don’t upgrade your PSU you run the risk of frying your motherboard (if you plan on upgrading your GPU and doing some heavy gaming on it).It comes with a PSU at 320 watts and about the strongest GPU that you can get that will max the power out is a GTX 1050 ti which consumes about 75watts of power.I went out and purchased a new power supply unit only to find out that it was too small and that I needed to buy one that was made by HP. The issue being that this PC doesn’t have an APX plug on it which makes finding really any PSU a nightmare (unless you buy an adapter, which is not worth it IMO).I spent hours searching online trying to find a solution to my problem only to find out that the maximum wattage PSU for this model PC is already inside of it. So in other words there is no way to upgrade the PSU, meaning that this is as good as it gets.I want to make it clear that this is not a bad computer in any way, shape, or form. With a GTX 1050 ti you can do lite 4k gaming. It also does 1440p pretty good, but 1080p@60 fps is what this PC is ideal for.It also runs on an i5 CPU which while a little dated is still a very capable CPU even in 2020 capable of running most modern games such as GTA 5 @1080p on high settings. You could upgrade the CPU if you choose to but you will without a doubt run into bottlenecks, and the PSU will be an issue too if you plan on doing heavy gaming.I was planning on cheaping out and upgrading this overtime, but I was left without very many options in that regard. It sucks because I really liked this computer but it just doesn’t suit my needs, and its potential is pretty much capped.I would absolutely buy from this company again because this issue was not their fault and they deserve 6 stars as a company. If you are getting this for 1080p gaming and don’t plan to upgrade it in the future it is great for that, but that is the ceiling for this PC because it is essentially un-upgradeable.This PC is designed for an office environment where it can run non-stop 24/7. Even as a budget gaming PC it is viable, it’s just limited as far as it’s upgradeability.I hope this review helps someone avoid making the same mistake that I did.

Very dependable for the money and fast as a whip!!!
Although the computer is a refurbished computer, it has never crashed on me as of yet and pages come up fast. From the time you turn it on to the start screen is less than 10 seconds. Downloads and updates take a lot less time too. It is an older computer but they must have been making em good in 2013. The warranty is the same as a new computer too.

I was so impressed with my own purchase of this powerful, easy to set-up and operate desktop, that I recommended it to my best friend who bought one as well. As far as I’m concerned, a top-of-the-line computer, that has stood the test of time, is superior to some of the newer yet lesser offerings.My friend’s HP Elite, ordered only 3 days ago, arrived this morning, beautifully packaged and in pristine condition. My 3-year-old Acer that cost 4 times more than the HP Elite, sits in the basement, never to be booted up again!

I needed a newer PC that would display at 4K and edit/render 4K video produced by my DJI Mini 2. This unit does the job with room for updates (I may get a video card for even better performance than what the Intel HD 4600 graphics can do 4K@30Hz). Very pleased so far. Case and internal components were clean. Specs were as advertised.
