Item delivered earlier than the expected date. It comes with a mouse, keyboard, power adapter, and a USB dongle, which is probably Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Unfortunately, the COM port is dented; however, I don’t use it, so it’s just fine for me. Hook up the system and go through all the Windows setup, and it works well.

Tech Support and Customer Service – THE WORST.!!!
I received the computer HP EliteDesk 800 G2 on September 15th.I installed it immediately.When I turned it on for the first time, it gave me the following error message “USB Type-C Controller Firmware Update Failed”.I tried again several times with the same result.I proceeded to continue booting despite the failure and it booted normally.I downloaded and installed all the Windows updates thinking it was an update problem, but it wasn’t because I was still getting the same error message every time I rebooted.On September 16, I called technical support and after a long investigation and troubleshooting over a remote connection, they came to the conclusion that the BIOS needed to be updated.The technician tried to install the new BIOS version but he couldn’t and he told me that he was going to escalate this problem and that the next day they would fix it.On September 17, another technician calls me and tells me that they already have the solution and tells me to access the current BIOS settings.The technician tells me to disable the USB C port and proceed to restart the computer.At this time I inform you that the problem is not related to enabling or disabling the USB C port but rather that the computer NEEDS to update the BIOS (as investigated the day before) and that if I disable that port I will not be able to use it in the future. I did this reminder several times.Still, he told me to disable the USB C port.I did what I was told and when I got to the reboot process the computer NEVER turned back on.I tried several times and the computer still won’t turn on.At this point, the technician was unable to reverse the change and he informed me that he would have to order a replacement and return the broken computer with all accessories.He informed me that he would send me a FedEx label and as soon as they received the shipment confirmation they would send me another computer to be received in 2 days.I received the FedEx label in my email and went to the FedEx office.When I arrived at the front desk, I presented the QR code on the label and they informed me that the label was EXPIRED.I call the technician again and inform him of the situation and he tells me that he will send ANOTHER label directly to FedEx (the email was provided by the FedEx agent).I waited a long time for FedEx to get the email from the technician, but it NEVER arrived.I called the technician again and asked him to send me the email that he supposedly sent to FedEx and this time it arrived in my email inbox.I proceeded to forward my email to the FedEx email and was finally able to return the computer.I later called and emailed the technician to let him know that I had already shipped the complete computer to him as instructed and that I now expect to receive the replacement in TWO DAYS as promised.The technician informed me that they would do so and I waited for confirmation from FedEx.Today, September 17, I am surprised to see that the computer will arrive in 8 days according to the FedEx report !!!!!It is very frustrating how they have tried to solve this problem and above all, they assured me that every computer that leaves their company is FULLY checked and verified.Well, I DO NOT BELIEVE in that statement because if that was the case they would have found out that the computer was CONSTANTLY crashing. It was not a random failure.It is quite frustrating and a lack of knowledge to solve this kind of problem.I can only hope this story is helpful to potential customers to avoid surprises and for the seller to improve their quality control and technical service.

Very Good So Far
Only had it a few days, and so far it seems very nice. Fast on the Internet, very responsive. As for gaming not sure as I don’t play many high end games.

El pedido llegó en tiempo y forma, dentro de una caja normal y bien protegido, contenía la miniPC, cargador original HP, perifecos genéricos que son un mouse alambrico USB, teclado alambrico USB, adaptador USB para redes wifi, adaptador USB de Bluetooth, todos periférico a pesar de ser sencillos funcionan bien y se agradece que se incluyan, ya es cuestión personal si se quiere comprara algo mejor pero por el costo del equipo no le pongo peros, la miniPC enciende muy rápido, funciona bien, incluye Windows 10 Pro que al momento de conectarla se actualizo hasta el último soporte que brinda Windows, el equipo viene con todo lo que menciona, 16 GB de ram, disco duro en estado sólido de 1TB, procesador Intel i5-6500, en general está todo muy bien, obvio es un equipo que no es reciente por el modelo del procesador pero que está en excelentes condiciones y que operar muy bien, le instale un juego como es Minecraft y se juega muy bien, adjunto algunas imágenes para complementar.
