We have different definitions for “Renewed”
Overall I’m happy with this. My definition of “renewed” for a computer means it’s been opened up, inspected, dust and dirt removed, cleaned, tested. I had reason to open this and I doubt it was opened. It still had a lot of dust in the fan. It works though. It’s very quiet until you really make it work.Bigger issue, after the installed Windows 10 was activated, it posted MANY warnings about viruses on the machine. Glad I hadn’t installed the included wifi adapter with which Windows could have connected to my home network and possibly wreaked havoc.I ended up booting this with a Linux flash drive. Machine runs well. It’s fast enough to play 4K 60fps video with just a very minor amount of stutter. I haven’t bothered running an anti-virus on the installed M.2 drive yet. I don’t use Windows much so I don’t really need it. I’ll get to it eventually though.The 3mm headphone port on the front is flaky. I have to pull out and push in the plug every time I boot it.Fan did start winding up when playing the 4K 60fps videos. Fan doesn’t get annoying when it’s on. I really like the compact size. For the money it’s just about an unbeatable deal. I will put a one terabyte drive in this once I’ve run it a while and have tested it thoroughly.(ETA: 5/2/2024) Reinstalled the M.2 drive that came with this. Neither Microsoft Defender nor Avast anti-virus could remove whatever was on it. It was almost like any ability of these two programs to do anything was stopped. I pulled the drive and snapped in. No one needs that kind of issues. Scary stuff.

Purposely misleading description, not enough packaging
I ordered one with hdmi, Bluetooth5, and wifi6. This computer did not have any of these. It had two display ports and a vga connector. It does not have hdmi anywhere. The bluetooth and wifi come in the form of a usb dongle that they put in the box with it that will use up one of the usb ports. It was also put into a box with no padding, and that box was put into a larger box with no padding so it could just thump around will being shipped. I can’t say if it works because I didn’t open it, but with the lack of padding who knows. Don’t buy from this seller, they either don’t know what they are selling or they are scamming you.

No HDMI Output Upgraded to 32 MB DRAM
I knew this unit did not have HDMI when I ordered it, so I ordered DisplayPort to HDMI cables when I ordered the unit. Still, I can’t rate it 5 stars when it has VGA in the option port instead of HDMI.Another reason I docked the rating is that, while there is no mention of an e-waste keyboard and mouse in the description, both were included in the package. I have far too many e-waste keyboards and mice laying around..The unit booted fairly quickly, but I think it is Windows 11 Pro instead of Windows 10 Pro. I will have to make sure it is running Windows 10 Pro.Replaced installed DRAM with two 16GB SO-DIMMs Unit recognized 32GB of DRAM, but will no longer recognize USB Wi-Fi dongle.As far as I can tell, performance is very good. I highly recommend it for the price. Just remember to order either a DisplayPort monitor or DisplayPort to HDMI cable along with it.

They included handy adapters for video and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. It’s a great value to get a business-class computer at a deeply discounted price.

Business PCs are made to last and to work “relaxed”, and this is not an exception. You have plenty of power with its 9th gen Core i5 and, combined with 16 GB of ram, this is a champ!Don’t expect to play games on this PC, but for everything else, you can not beat the balance between power and price.The one that I got came with integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but is not always like that. Sometimes you have to use the included Wi-Fi/Bluetooth usb dongle. A bonus that I got that I really appreciate is that my unit came with a DP to HDMI adapter, and I think every mini PC of this kind must include this, because usually they have dual DP outputs, and not all monitors have this input. HDMI is more widely used and this is a big plus.If you are looking for a work PC or for your kids to do homework, this is perfect for you.

Es la peor compra que he hecho en Amazon hasta hoy.Compre un artÃculo de 200 usd, no funcionó al momento de ser conectado. Por lo cual pedà soporte. Fue imposible poder conseguir soporte para mirar si habÃa alguna forma de repararlo, asà que la única opción que me dieron en el chat fue la devolución. Opte por la devolución y voala…. Tengo que pagar 350 dólares para poder devolver el artÃculo. No hay forma de pedir soporte, el chat de Amazon super grosero me cerró el soporte 3 veces. Jamás se logro tener comunicación con el vendedor… Cualquier página china les gana en servicio al cliente post venta.Asà que si deseas comprar algo por acá, ya sabes que es una suerte, si te funcionó felicidades, si no. Te van a cerrar el chat cuantas veces quieras pedir soporte.
