Very pleased!
Plug and play! Out of the box, up and running in minutes. Loaded some software and put it to work in less than an hour. Unit is used to monitor an array of security cameras so runs 24-7, and does so almost silently. It was an Amazon renewed unit, but could only fins one tiny mark on it. Otherwise like new. Definitely recommend. It has display port video out connectors, so you’ll need an adapter or two if you use HDMI.

Great, Super deal on hardware, but it has windoze
Plenty of space for more drives, plenty of USB (some slow), quiet and cool.One problem – you pay for a useless windoze 11 if you, like me, use a real OS like Linux. I drastically shrunk the w partition and installed Linux. W does work, slowly as usual- and I was floored at ADVERTISEMENTS! in the “OS”.The lid was stuck a bit and I didn’t want to yank without authorization. I had a tech on the line WITHIN 1 MINUTE and he quickly authorized the yank with a guarantee that if anything broke they would replace it. Nothing broke. The inside was clean and must have been air blasted, not a speck of dust. I was surprised at the SMART of the 1tb SSD – it was only a few hours old! Brand new. I loaded the box with 3 more SSDs and one spinner. No over loading of the power supply, everything is running at a MAXIMUM temperature of 107f, great air circulation, but quietly. It has 2 DVI and one VGA video out.One problem is the two Bluetooth/WIFI antennas. They overload my keyboard & mouse dongle. The BT range is insane, like 2 houses away. Unscrewing one antenna fixed it and the BT range still covers the whole house. I don’t use WiFi.M$ needs to be investigated for polluting good hardware and taking your money through monopolistic behavior (imho)

This company is a scam.
I bought a refurbished computer. I used it around 12 to 15 times before it suddenly quit working entirely. Won’t reboot or anything. I bought this computer solely to do bookkeeping on excel so I rarely use it so they say it’s been too long we will do nothing to help.

I have purchased from TekreFurbs in the past and had tremendous success with their computers.This HPEliteDesk 800G4, is an incredible PC!…Lightning fast, plenty of storage capacity for files, etc.Although I haven’t had occasion to use tech support for this machine, I have in the past and their support is awesome! They do whatever it takes to get you up and running right away! (They overnighted me a replacement hard drive when mine crashed)…no BS, no anything but great service!Buy with confidence!

Windows 11 Pro is terrible.
Desktop is fast and has a lot of great features. The down side is Windows 11 Pro. I am downgrading back to Windows 10. Windows 11 runs a little slow, will not run Adobe Photoshop which is a very important program for me, also will not run Adobe Acrobat or will not download games that I have purchased in the past. I have tried to run them in compatible mode but nothing.
