Amazon Customer –

Happy customer
So pleased I found a laptop with all the specs I wanted and reasonably priced! Itâs built to last. It came in pristine condition in original box with all included accessories. Customer service is wonderful and responsive. They had forgotten to mail the included laptop bag and touch pen and they mailed it out right away once I reached out and even provided a tracking number for it.

Great value
Iâve never been a fan of HP, but this laptop has far more feature, including double RAM and better CPU for 1/3 less than the competitors. So far so good!

Great Product if Battery Life is Not Your Main Concern
So far, everything has been good the last couple days. And, I immediately found out why this laptop was so inexpensive for what we got…battery. I failed to notice that there is no extended number pad, so that is on me. However, overall after only two days, this thing is taking everything I am giving it. As an architect the software I use takes A LOT of RAM, processing power and I need speed and capacity. Not quite gamer level stuff, but close. Everything has been good…EXCEPT…POWER…the BATTERY on this machine is BAD…like, really, really bad. HP whiffed on this one. This battery does not give more than 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I can watch the battery symbol tick down minute by minute. Okay, that is an exaggeration, but pretty darn close, it seems. Also, while I am maxing out the processor and have it plugged in so that the battery doesn’t drain too quickly, the power adapter gets unusually hot. Almost as hot as a 5-minute old cup of tea/coffee, hot. Even while charging normally (closed lid and off), the power adapter is warm to the touch. I have never experienced that with past laptops I have owned. To be fair, I have been putting this machine through its paces the last couple of days, so I will report again in a few weeks or months on how it is holding up. No other reviews I have seen seem to be reporting anything about the battery life.Aside from my desktops over the years (because architectural software traditionally cannot run on laptops unless we spend thousands more for a gamer quality laptop), I have had two HP laptops, one Dell laptop, one Asus and another that I cannot recall right now. No issues or complaints for the technology at the time over a couple of decades. But for this laptop and its battery? HP really sent us a stinker. I wish I could give one star for the battery category. Why three stars? The battery really does bring this machine down…Everything else has been good! I did not buy this laptop for its power. It did not even occur to me, as a matter of fact. I bought it to go back and forth from commercial office to home office many times per week. I wanted it to replace my desktop to get some architectural production time done at night without having to come back to the office after family time. Therefore, my planned use will be to have it plugged into a power source through a Thunderbolt 4 dock station at least 90% of the time. I wanted multiple screens and other peripherals. The battery, for me, is an afterthought. Finally, I was also after a touch screen and stylus for free-hand drawing to sketch out design solutions and collaborate with remote drafters. Hasn’t disappointed in the last day or so. Overall, lots of plusses with this so far. I will be using this laptop mainly like a desktop. The portability, large processing power, multiple cores, and the features that come with a 2-in-1 were my main goals.Other bonuses? The Thunderbolt 4 was greatly appealing, along with the many ports not typical these days of laptops. Like the HDMI, multiple USBs, SD card slot, 2TB memory, 64GB, and a few other things. It has everything and more than my current desktop. I believe, if the power and battery hold out, this thing should last about 8-10 years. In other words, my feeling with this machine is that laptops have finally caught up for the price point.

Won’t turn on
Purchased this laptop for a Christmas gift. WAS very excited about it, until realizing no matter what we do it won’t turn on. So haven’t actually gotten to use it! Will be contacting Amazon!

I have priced similarly equipped computers that are selling for $3500.00 dollars US. I am very happy with this purchase. I ordered it on a Monday and received it the next day.
