the tower is completely wrapped to hide damage, you can see some sort of glue or etching has eaten up the plastic on the face of the tower, the wrapping is poorly installed and you can see they were trying to hide damage, the tower is also bent and scuffed up as if it were dropped and kicked. there are rubber feet on the bottom where they tried to melt them back into place and they dont even match. the face is the tower is poorly installed and coming out also it looks as if it cant be installed properly because the entire tower casing is bent. who ever is distributing these should be banned from selling products on amazon, complete joke!! returning this, never even plugged it in was so sketch out of the box

The unit was a breeze to setup. Graphics are great, value for the money is okay but for a working person that why I gifted it because my grandson couldnât afford it but it was affordable for me. He loves functions and the looks and speed BUT the head set has an issue. His friends canât hear him well. Iâm told he sounds far away with low volume. Any suggestions for himâ¦.? Thanks
