They don’t honor the warranty!
I bought one of these computers, it seemed great. Until it stopped working in less than 6 months, and then the problems started. The seller simply tells you to deal with your issue, sends you to Amazon, and Amazon sends you back to him, and he sends you to the manufacturer. Anyway, itâs a problem… Donât buy it, because the headache afterward is terrible, and the customer service from Tech Mach is awful and rude!

Received the computer on time. Great news. Unpacked it and set it up. Got everything connected (kind of, see next) and turned on the computer. NO OPERATING SYSTEM IS INSTALLED. What the?Dos Prompt only, as Windows was not installed on the computer. Kept asking me to install an operating system.When connecting the cables, the two WiFi antennas that came with the desktop would not attach correctly, as the mounts on the inside were loose. Meaning, the board for the WiFi was not secured internally.I would not purchase this again. After setting up for the return (which was authorized with the disclaimer about charges for missing parts or if the computer worked – it doesn’t) they responded to my complaints about receiving a product that didn’t work. “Please call out tech support line for help” was the response.RUN! QUICKLY! Save your money. Save your time. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card if they dock me for even one dollar on my return and make sure that I use social media to alert everyone to the fraudulent behavior of this company.
