Don’t waste your money its doesn’t work
I brought this mini pc to switch out from my laptop. I only had it for 1 day and it never worked blue screen when I turned it on and opened in the front. This will be my last purchase of electronics on Amazon I will stick to Bestbuy or even Office Depot. I had to waste time driving to get it and return it no thanks.

Shipped with damaged Power Supply and no Hard Drive
Arrived with no hard drive installed in system. Before finding that out I couldn’t power up the device because of the bad power supply. Luckily I had a compatible power supply on hand only to hear computer beeping on start up. After taking off the cover to find no hard drive.

Not good, not terrible – good seller
Overall, the product was clean and almost new-looking. There was something rattling around on the inside. Unlike the product description, mine did NOT come with VGA, which I need. Mine came with a serial port. Like, really?On disassembly, I found the small screw that was floating around inside the chassis. Yeah, that could have fried it real quick had I powered it on first. I also found two different types of thermal compound being used. I cleaned it all up and applied some grizzly thermal compound and reassembled.Aside from having to find a DP cable since mine didn’t come with VGA, everything seems to be working fine.UPDATE: Seller reached out and offered to refund an amount equivalent to purchase the VGA module. Increased one star.

These computers are garbage. I have had 2 of them and both stopped working within 30 days. I have paid IT to get everything setup on these systems only to have to do the same thing again.

I didn’t want to post a negative feedback but I felt I needed to to give others a heads up before ordering. I received the item on time, but it is defective. The charger or power adapter is not working at all. I needed to buy a new one to make the mini desktop work. The casing of the desktop is broken and not mentioned or described on Amazon. Ordered a VGA output as advertised but they delivered an HDMI. I was offered a new charger if order again. But would you?

Thereâs nothing to complain especially keeping the price in mind. I bought 2 units. However 1 unit was 35W CPU while the other 1 was 65W.So no consistency. 1 unit came with 1 16GB RAM while the other came with 2*8GBThe SSDâs are also different brands.1 unit came with a VGA port and WiFi Dongle while the other came with a HDMI Port and inbuilt WiFi.So be mindful of that.They keyboard and mouse provided are really low quality, but again, canât complain for the price it is provided in.Very happy with the desktopâs performance, boots almost instantly. If youâre lucky you might receive it with Microsoft Office installed as I received only 1 unit with it installed.

Properly packed and delivered on time. Computer is as specified and is performing as expected. I have noticed three minor issues – Fan is making continuous noise, additional SDD connecting cable to Mother board is missing, CPU heatsink plastic bracket is also missing. When I contacted the seller on whatsapp, they informed me that “these are not issues so far your device is working perfetly”. If i wish to change the item, i need to visit their stores in Sharjah. As it is too far from my location, i have decided to use the PC with these issues.

The only one issue: Wi-Fi adapter is not embedded and there are no drivers installed for it
