Works for me!
So far this laptop has been performing without issues. The price was right for me for a laptop needed to handle tax accounts. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and loads pages quickly. I am satisfied with this purchase.

HP Laptop
We bought this for my in-laws who are not real computer savvy. They use it primarily for email and inter net browsing and printing. This has worked out great for them and is much faster than the one they had !!!

Piece of junk but it works
Poorly made. Tons of crapware you’ll have to delete. Celeron processor, which is two decades’ old technology. The keyboard literally bends and dips down as you type. Some of the keys are brokenâcaps lock types lower case and caps lock off types upper case, for example, indicating poor quality. The touchpad is cheap and infuriating to use. It’s amazing that a huge company like HP has the gaul to sell something like this in 2024. They’d be better off releasing it under an innocuous subsidiary so they wouldn’t have to slap their proud logo on it.On the other hand, it has enough muscle to do simple remote work. It would be too slow (and annoying) for a college student though. Connectivity is really good and battery seems to be good. I would consider this an emergency backup computer.
