Good Computer
First off I love HP laptops. I have 2 . My old one works so I still use it but I bought my new Pavilion as the upgrade/replacement for my 2021 HP. The Pavilion is fast and has a whole Tera Byte of storage. 20 g of Ram so it can work on many task at the same time. It is lightweight and thin , has a fantastic picture l am so happy with this laptop. The price was nice too. It arrived fast and in great condition. It was double boxed also so that helped get me my laptop in one working piece. If you are thinking of buying this HP Pavilion go for it folks. Enjoy !!!

No backlit keyboard
The computer is fine. However, the one feature I specifically wanted was a backlit keyboard which this laptop doesn’t have, in spite of it being listed in the description. If only I had taken the time to read the reviews. In spite of this, it’s still a good value for the money. But had I known about the inaccuracy in the description, I would have looked for something else.

No Backlit Keyboard (and poor resolution)
Beware: The unit I received does NOT have a backlit keyboard, as it claims to in several places. A backlit keyboard is very important to me and one main reason I chose this one, so it was returned. Even if I didn’t want the backlight, which I DO, the keyboard is hard to see without it and would be unacceptable to me anyway. It really needs the backlight it claims to have.Update: Apparently the graphics/resolution are also not as described – a lot of important misinformation in the description and unacceptable!

Decent laptop, battery life not as advertised at all
I bought the 20gb ram and 1tb storage version. I play games and stream video. It’s fast enough for me and my needs. The battery life is not 11 hours as advertised. I spoke to computer repair shop and they said if gaming then keep it plugged into power source otherwise 3-4 hours is all you’ll get off a full charge, thats pretty normal. I own a large power bank for on the go so it’s no big deal for me, but unless I’m camping it’s a home computer. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. Lots of bang for your buck compared to other brands with the same specs this is one of the best deals I found.

Not what I had in mind
This laptop is ok but it is not what I had in mind. First thing is the keyboard is not backlit even though it said it was in the description. The battery power is very short. So far I have only been able to charge it with a wall charger. I thought you could use USB-C chargers but it doesn’t appear that this is an option. Given the short battery life you need a power pack to keep the laptop going. The touch screen works fine but I have found little use for it. The graphic card is junk. I don’t play games on the computer but I doubt this would be a good Laptop for such activities. On the plus size transferring files is fast and the hard drive has a lot of space. In the end I wish I had bought a different laptop.

Not as described-No backlit keyboard
This is a nice computer as most HP’s are. This computer is described as having a backlit keyboard, but unfortunately, it does not. The F5 key is blank, and I think that is the key that would, if it had the ability, that would have turned the keyboard on. I’m sending this one back.

Happy with my purchase
I and extremely happy with this ! It was a great buy. The only little thing, which actually was something I DID look for as I was shopping, the listing said the keyboard was backlit. It is not
