Best Mode Engaged!
My expectations were surpassed by this great machine. It comes with great and supper useful support software. It was packaged well and looked excellent when taken out of the box. I ran CPU-Z and confirmed the specs are accurate to the item description. I love the design, opening the case is a breeze. It looks like it gets a lot of great air flow which is great for keeping the PC cool. I would absolutely recommend this system if you are looking for a PC that can do full 4K & Ray Tracing. Just be sure to use DLSS to get good frame rates.

Unfortunate purchase.
Details as described.Update: After two months with this PC, I barely use it due to my work schedule. It went dead!!!!!. The unfortunate part is that I donât live in the US to return it or have this PC checked by the manufacturer. Itâs not turning on, no matter what I try. Iâm now regretting purchasing this PC. Most likely, the motherboard went dead or something else. It is clean inside and out. I kept it covered when it was not in use so that dust wouldnât accumulate. But itâs really weird that this happened when it was barely used. There’s no solution or anything online to help with this issue. HP Page/Reddit: Nothing2 Update: I had the motherboard replaced to a MSI ATX.Of course that all the HP programs will not work with this motherboard. But thatâs the least. Iâm happy was able to sort the issue out, 6 months running no issues with the updated motherboard. HP should definitely look into their motherboards.

Love it!
Late on a review. Bought back in August of 2023. Just before Starfield and Baulders Gate 3. I mean I got no real complaints. The case had some marks on it when I got it but otherwise no problem. Upgraded the Ram right away and since then between this and my gaming laptop my poor consoles have been collecting dust. Would recommend!

Unreliable
It was great when it worked. About 6 months in, computer would freeze, peripherals stopped working, and eventually the machine wouldn’t even turn on. HP was quick to send out a box to have it fixed as part of the warranty. I sent it in January 12th, they expect to ship it back to me March 1st because they’re waiting on a part. Pretty sad but at least they’re honoring the warranty.

What’s Not to Love
I got this to process drone videos and photographs. It works great. I haven’t really put it to the test, but it was super easy to set up and get going, and so far, no hiccoughs.

RAM slot stopped working
The computer was great for the first week or so that it was working, until last night when I went to power it on and was greeted by the computer not displaying anything to my monitor and the computer started beeping 3 long beeps, followed by 2 short beeps. It was really frusting considering I had only had the PC for a week. I didn’t get the warranty which I am now heavily regretting if I can’t manage to get this issue fixed for cheap.

Itâs great but itâs massive. Make sure you have the space for it. I have mine under my desk and Iâve accidentally kicked the glass many times with my work boots as well as the face plate for the front fans and I havenât caused any damage luckily. Meaning the material is very durable. Very fast processing honestly. Iâve had it for like 3 months and it normally runs at 107 degrees while playing games. Luckily I havenât experienced any problems. Only thing I would upgrade is the RAM size.
