It is a good laptop. Easy to set up, the processing speed is magnificent and it’s affordable. The screen is different from my old one so I’m still getting use to it.However, it does have some drawbacks. The R key has to be pressed twice before responding. The laptop doesn’t come with the amount of storage it says is there in the details. Instead it’s 176 and not 196. Also the screen came with a scratch on it. Had me thinking I bought a refurbished laptop and if I did why not put that in yhe description as well instead of fake advertising?! That was annoying but I’ll update when I can about the progression or the regression overtime.

Crashed 3 times while setting up
Long and confusing setup process. Crashed 3 times while trying to set up. Immediate return. Screen has to be at a certain inconvenient angle in order to produce the best picture….. anything else will make the picture look faded and cloudy. Keyboard feels cheap. Poor webcam quality…objects look grayed out and not sharp.

Laptop is excellent, a good value buy. Auto updated the windows update to the latest.Except as spec suggest it is 192GB SSD, system shows only 178GB after both partitions enabled using computer management
