Disappointing purchase – laptop does not power on
I purchased this laptop as ‘renewed’ and in ‘excellent condition,’ but it does not power on. The power indicator flashes 10 times whenever I try to start it. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better quality control.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished item. After looking at the price of new compared to refurbished I figured it was worth looking at. I am very impressed. The item looks brand new, works perfect, and couldn’t be happier.

Great Gaming Laptop for my son
Works great for gaming we utilize an external hard drive to save all games on and ge hasn’t had any issues with the quality. Battery life could always be better doesn’t last the best off of charge. Is not touch screen.

La maquina viene muy bien embalada en una caja generica que es lo de menos, el cargador es original y la laptop presenta solamente un arañazo de dos milimetros en la parte inferior izquierda de la pantalla, totalmente limpia con sesacion de que es nueva y viene con Windows 10 precargado listo para terminar la configuracion de usuario y las opciones de privacidad, el procesador es muy potente y soporta sin problemas juegos no demandantes como Minecraft, Age Of Empires II Definitive Edition, GTA V (ese no lo probe porque ocupa 90 Gb para instalar pero muchos usuarios indican que lo corre sin problema), carga el sistema Windows en 4 segundos desde que carga el sistema y esta completamente lista para Windows 11, como comentario tenia oculto el modulo TPM 2.0 por lo que habia que cambiarlo para que se pueda instalar el Windows 11, de momento la prefiero con Windows 10 y tambien le cargue Kali Linux porque la consegui para estudiar programación… El teclado es retroiluminado y el pequeño detalle es la letra à pero desde que configuras el sistema le pones la opcion de teclado en español latinoamericano, para programar se usa el teclado en ingles pero se soluciona alternando los dos idiomas con las teclas Windows + barra espaciadora….Estoy muy complacido con la compra y se recomieda ampliamente para trabajos de oficina demandantes, ver contenidos multimedia y juegos no tan pesados…. la mejor opción por lo accesible del costo.

Soon as the driver handed me this, I knew it was a red flag. Packaging with prime 16/17 July on it not good, well past that now. The metal casing is buckled damaged. lid not close properly. two serial numbers one on lid different to the config on the MB. Keyboard is Not UK English its foreign. symbols in a different place, beware and do not buy. Had no choice but to return. Constant error message and no OS Installed.

Laptop arrived, I plugged it in and it wouldn’t turn on, thankfully i had a usb-c charger and was able to get it working. It turned out to be shipped with a broken charger. On the check list enclosed no mention about checking the charger!!! On contacting Amazon i was told to contact 3rd party supplier direct. after 2 days i received a response advising me there were not chargers in stock to replace it with. I was offered $12 as compensation. Firstly that’s not enough to replace a genuine HP charger and secondly I paid in UK pounds and would expect any refund in pounds. After checking on the HP website i found that a replacement would be £23.90. This was offered. I’ve still not received this payment yet and I’m disappointed it did not include my shipping costs. This purchase involved a lot of extra work for me so make your own decision whether you’d chance buying from this suppler.

Me gustó mucho pero necesito el teclado numérico para la escuela y tiene teclado en inglés y me es más difÃcil usar formulas ya que no es mexicana
