Worth it
Great customer service, hands down. Typo on SSD but said they are shipping me one. The PC is a beast and they are too. Thanks for the great customer service support! They honored and I will buy from them again. Did I mention the PC is a beast! Love this. I make music.

Buyer Beware
Beyond disappointed. Computer lasted just over a year. Yeah, I know it’s refurbished but they claim the product is tested, blah blah and it wasn’t exactly cheap. Contacted the seller and the response was too bad, past 90 days. So buyer beware. If you’re going to have to replace the product every year it’s not really a deal is it?

No bluetooth
My fault for not checking but I assumed this would have bluetooth connectivity, given that my $200 budget desktop from 2017 did. Only other issue is updating the GT 730 drivers, says “Can not be installed” and that it’s up to date even though it certainly is not. Other than that, fantastic value for the price!

Windows 10 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 have some issues
Will admit that the computer is really fast and works great for smaller games and programs that work with the integrated GPU, but Windows 10 is rejecting the drivers for the GT 730, still trying to figure it out and computer wont use graphics card until they are properly installed. So…no gaming yet.

Could be better but not bad at ALL, if you you want a PC for just regular gaming and for whatever personal work you got then this is the right PC for you. If want high end gaming or VR then I wouldn’t recommend this PC for you.
