12500 is faster than 5600G
Nice enough system. The claim a 5600G beats a 12500 is a trifle ludicrous as the single thread rating is 13% ahead. Although this listing doesn’t mention by what metric. Certainly the iGPU is better, but with the Nvidia card it doesn’t make any difference in this system.One thing is for sure, the 5600G has a PCIe 3.0 x16 connection, and the 12500 gets a PCIe 4.0 x16 connection. Will this make a difference on a 4060 level graphics card? Probably not.Strange way to advertise. Keep shopping, the 4060 is a reasonably low power card you can pick up for under $300. Add it to any $500 machine and it will probably be a better deal than this.
