Awesome Headset for Customer Support wfh
Iâve been working remote the last 6 years and my old Logitech headset was falling apart so I decided to order this one. It works like a charm and is light weight. Just plug and use no need to download any drivers. I like that itâs just on one ear and I can let my free ear breathe and listen for any delivery packages. Not worth the money
I needed a new headset that plugs into my pc. This is not the one. For starters they have a crackling sound and everyone says they canât hear me. Mic is very low even at 100 Iâm yelling. Will definitely be sending back! Please please donât waste your money on this product!

Super comfortable, not the best audio quality, but I’m pleased with the microphone. It’s light enough where I can wear it while gaming for a few hours and it doesn’t bother my ear. It’s cheap and plenty useful, perfect!

This works fine. I needed something quick and decently priced. Volume is as expected. It is not noise canceling. Sometimes people on the other end mention an echo but others say they can hear me great. Works really well with Microsoft Teams.

After having received 3 defective headsets from Logitech, and having scoured my system for any fault within it, I finally gave up and ordered another brand. Received this unit the next day, plugged it in, and it worked flawlessly! My only tiny complaint would be I wish it had a little more volume. I keep it and my desktop maxed out in volume, and I can hear, but some sites and apps are a bit lower in volume than I would like.
