It just works, so far so good.
Have been using it for a day after installation, so far so good. We just had an outage, the smart transfer switch did automatically switch to battery for our whole house.Pros:Price, the initial price is lower than competitors like ecoflow.Quiet, it is very quiet even compared with other 1kWh batteryIt just works. It achieves most functions promised, like 7200w output, it can power my 3 ton heat pump and oven at the same time. I can monitor power usage in the app. I can also manually switch on and off for any circuits in the app. And I donât see the app connection issue that some YouTuber reported.Cons: the automatic switch after grid power off is a little long. My WIFI shut off and computers shut down. While other brand can do a much quicker 20ms transfer. I hope it eventually can with f/w upgrade. The reason is you can manually switch from grid to battery when there is power, and that switch will keep all my devices on.The app definitely needs updates for improvements. It is still way too basic compared to those like Ecoflow. One thing I notice is that the power consumption wonât update without reopening the circuits page.Will come back to update if major issue occurs

This appears to be a battery, not a solar panel. It’s not “generating” any new power. It may be wonderfully compatible with a solar panel system, but you’re not buying one with this.

the product itself is great although i wish the battery was heated, take note it will not recharge below 0 degrees, but it will discharge just fine, i asked for a return and customer service was prompt to get me a prepaid label, meanwhile when i returned an anker solix f3800 a few months back, i had to pay $250 to ship it back, then it took a month and a half to get my refund with about 20 phone calls and emails, being ignored and told i was refunded already when i wasnt.
