Versatile and great for small devices but larger Ipads Problematic
This has been a great little tripod, the many customizations and Bluetooth remote incredibly helpful. My son is a music major and must record himself playing and performing. Unfortunatly his Ipad I a little heavy for the device while it fits it does make the stand slightly unstable and tends to have trouble staying locked in a position. Nevertheless it does work and is a very versatile and well made tripod

Searched hard for my 2nd Joilcan, and really pleased as expected
This is my second Joilcan tripod. I researched really hard the first time, and was looking for the best 70+” tripod, as I am relatively tall and wanted it to be close to my own point of view. It was tough because I noticed a surprisingly big price jump around the 60-70″ level (I guess hard to stabilize right around there?). Joilcan had amongst the highest reviews of those with reasonable prices (I didn’t want the stratospheric $100 or even $75 ones). I also liked the beautiful colors, as I got mine in an exciting blue instead of boring black. I clocked that one in around $40. Been using it for over a year and pretty pleased.I came back to AMZN for a second one this BF thinking I could use a portable one to throw in the stroller. I had recently used a cheapie selfie stick/tripod in the park and the wind blew it over and scratched up my phone, not to mention many pictures were slightly slanted because of the wind. So stability was high on my list. I saw a really good deal for $8 on a lightweight (1.1lb?) tripod, but some reviews said it blew in the wind as well. So I kept going. OMG! There was my great friend Joilcan, which I already loved. Actually, I had searched for Joilcan first, knowing I already trusted the brand, but for some reason AMZN only brought up the very tall 70+” expensive ones again, and this time I wanted a cheaper one as it was just for temporary usage. I couldn’t believe it, not only did I find the 65″ I was looking for at a much cheaper price than my 72″, but in fact it was another half off (remember, it was BF). Most importantly, it still weighs in at 2.8lbs, much more stable than the other 1 and change tripods I saw. Like my first one, I got it in my color (blue), but unlike my first one (or the cheaper model I saw before), it also included a clicker — which I wanted, since my last one wasn’t working well. I jumped on the deal, and the rest is history. The product is as good as the original one, just a few inches shorter. My only small beef is that it’s hard to fold it correctly to fit back in the carrying case. But, I only tried once so far, I’m sure I’ll get it next time…

Best tripod ever! I use it daily in multiple locations. It’s solid, rugged, easy to assemble. It’s lightweight, fits in my backpack, sets up quickly, yea Clamps, and is SO SOLID. I couldn’t ask for more. And the price is right!

This is an incredible tripod. It has solid features and mechanics, is easy to set-up and take-down. It even has a tiny bubble so you can tell if your camera is level. It doesn’t feel or function like a cheap tripod. An amazing find, I’m so glad I bought it.

They Work
Got these for my work because we were doing some stop motion animation. They totally work for the stop motion animation. You can adjust height, tilt, and it held the iPad snuggly.The head that holds the iPad has come off one of the two iPads we have, when I don’t think it’s suppose to be, so watch out for that. I wouldn’t call them heavy duty, but they were able to work for the job, and were somewhat cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value product as I just needed a simple tripod for indoor use only.The added Bluetooth shutter remote is very handy and works for photos and video on iOS devices.I find the legs to be sturdy enough for my liking, but the phone holder is not as tight as I’d like. I also find the phone clamp itself to be way too stiff which is 1. Annoying if you’ve spent time getting it into position (especially with it being a bit loose), 2. Feels like it might break at some point and 3. Is a bit rough on the phone case/phone.

This tripod is sturdy enough and does the job for my self-tapes with my phone. As others have mentioned, you need to be careful with it because it’s made a bit flimsy.As long as you are gentle, I think it will last a long time.I just wish the phone holder was a twist for tightening instead of a stretch clamp. I feel like that may break sooner.Overall happy with it, and it’s price.
