We bought two screens this one and a wide-screen version. This one fit perfectly! Very happy with the fit and function!

Not impressed
The size was not what it was supposed to be. I have a 17.3″ widescreen laptop and it was TOO big for it. I had to remove 1.5″ so that it would not stick out of the sides of my laptop when closed. The tabs to make it “slide” don’t work and it’s constantly falling off. Not impressed at all. While it seems it may work – without permanently attaching it to my laptop, I won’t be able to use it. And since I can’t use it all the time given the various locations I work in, it was a complete waste of money.

Works well but kinda flimsy
The screen itself fits perfectly. The privacy is okay but not super private (only private while looking from the sides – anybody even close to being behind you can see). It does help with reducing eye strain from staring at the monitor all day. I guess I thought it would be static-cling type since that is what the image sort of hints at. Instead, it is a semi-rigid piece of plastic rests on the lip of your screen. It comes with six clear plastic sticky-tabs that keep the plastic from falling away from the screen (similar to those plastic brackets that hold your mirror on the wall of the bathroom).All in all, it does what it advertised. Seemed over priced for just being a piece of plastic with six sticker tabs . . . .

Patience required
In general, these screens are outrageously priced. Needing 6 for the office, I chose the least expensive option. The screen itself is okay but the tabs included to keep the screen in place are useless. Within a couple of days, 3 of the users had to improvise because the tabs fell off. It should not be rocket science to come up with a tab that holds. Hope they do that soon.

For being used, it wasnt damaged that much… it actually makes the resolution of the screen look sharper as well… i got it cheaper than i would have, these things are expensive!

I purchased two Privacy Screen protectors and was really excited when they came in. They stayed in place for a little bit, and then they would gradually start to move forward and lose their ability to stay in place. I returned them because they didn’t work for my 23 in monitors. Maybe others have better luck!

Anbau hat Reibungslos funktioniert.Bildschirm wird durch die Folie etwas dunkler aber von der Seite sieht man nichts mehr das war auch der Grund dafür.Lieferung funktionierte Reibungslos

Die Blickschutzfolie ist in Ordnung, allerdings lassen sich Fingerabdrücke, die bei der Anbringung der Folie auf die Folie gelangen nicht entfernen. Darüber hinaus sind die Halterungen sehr schlecht. Ich habe mir zusätzlich noch Klebestreifen besorgt um die Folie permanent am Bildschirm zu befestigen.

Used this for work. I’m in IT on the security sides to the company pays for these things like it was free or something. I do have to take it off when I’m showing people stuff on my screen. It becomes a bit of a nuisance in those cases. I sometimes forget to put it back on. lol!
