Fantastic Product from a Fantastic Company
I had owned the R6 headset for a number of years, and loved them. Due to my own negligence, the wire for the right earbud was severed. And after failing in my attempt to rewire them (as I had successfully done with cheaper headsets), I made the decision to upgrade to the X12.The design and material quality is exceptional, and the included leather case is sure to prevent future damage to the wires. The sound quality is second to none; the smoothest, clearest, and broadest range of sound I’ve ever heard from a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. For those concerned about the rubber control buttons warping and becoming unadhered, I’ve never had that issue with neither this nor my previous pair. Neither have I had the finish come off of the metal plated areas. However, I feel these to be much too expensive to take to the gym or other such places, and I’ve only used them casually at home or between classes (so this definitely plays into longevity). The only nitpicking complaint I have is that the wires are a bit abundant. But as you can see in the photo, this problem is easily solved with zipties and wire snips.I am a huge fan of Klipsch products, and would definitely recommend this to any audiophile friend.

flawed design
If you purchase these headphones your paying quite the premium for higher sound quality AND professional look when compared to lg tones. I love the sound of the headphones no complaints there. Its the peeling top cover that drives me insane. This may sound like a silly complaint but when the peeling gets worse, the controls do not work properly. I think what is surprising is the speed of the development of the peeling . I have returned one pair to amazon due to peeling occurring with in the first month. I returned the next 2 pairs to Klipsch to find the peeling starting again and again in a month. Amazingly ive gone through 3 pairs of these headphones assuming my headphone were a lemon only to find the next new pair would have the same flaw. Ive Become increasingly careful to baby each subsequent pair to see avoid this issue since i really do love these headphones. Sadly nothing has changed this course. Its clear to me this is a flaw in the product that Klispch actively selling despite their knowledge. For me, this is a big problem. Ill be going back to my lg tones when these crap out. Sadly i cant get a refund and im invested in this fustrating product. I hope i can help others avoid my costly mistake.I should of never moved away from the lg tone. i thought the higher price of these would be higher quality and durability. Sadly its the opposite, a pair of 49 dollar tones have better durability.shame Klipsch.

Great well balanced sounds and long battery life.
I’ve been a klipsch customer for years and I really like the sound that the x12i Bluetooth neckband gives me, I know they have build issues and come apart I just repair them with epoxy when they do and they are fine,It would of been nice not to have o deal with this but I don’t really care as the sound is so good.I wear these all day and I never have to worry about battery life at all.

Super good sound qual but neckband spins if you move a lot
I had a different model bluetooth neckband from Klipsch that seemed to be going out in the left ear so I picked this thing up mainly because the $40 I spent on the previous model seemed like the best $40 I had spent bc that thing lasted forever! The x12 looks super cool and the sound quality is better than I’ve had in earbuds. I have yet to run the battery out and I’ll listen to it for lonnnnnng shifts at work while I do drywall/mud tape/carpentry stuff. My only complaint is that I move constantly and the neckband will spin around and me putting the back in the front. It doesn’t fall off. It just sits a little weird. I spin it back around and keep at it. If you are just looking at sound quality and battery life it’s 5 stars all the way

Great build and audio quality – definitely worth the price …
Great build and audio quality – definitely worth the price in my opinion. Setup was easy and it paired with my iPhone in seconds. Sound is crystal clear across the whole spectrum. Using the included Comply foam tips are really a must, though. I’m getting these for my other wired in-ear headsets.

Great sound but hygroscopic rubberized controls need work
Awesome sound awesome battery life and very comfortable. The only issue is that the rubberized controls are hygroscopic (absorb moisture) thus they swell and buckle. I had 1 set returned and wrapped the buttons with plastic wrap and got a few years before they started buckling the Saran Wrap looks a bit unsightly but I only wear these at home and sleep every night with them the earbud tips allow me to lay my head on the pillow without them getting uncomfortable also they block noise so well that I sleep great once my tv show ends

Arrived Broken
Klipsch Bluetooth headphones arrived, and after charging, they would not turn on. I have another Klipsch Bluetooth headphones that ai have had for a couple years. Loved them. Great sound. But they broke. Wouldnât turn on – the same problem with the new pair.

Great sound and good for making phone calls, however this product has a manufacturing problem. The button which controls voice activation, beginning and ending calls and your music will eventually stop working. The rubber casing slowly lifts off the control panel including the ability to activate the volume buttons. Other customers have reported the same issues as me. I am really disappointed as this is an expensive high end product and I would expect better quality. Look at the photo and you can see actual daylight where the rubber has come away. The button accepting phone calls does not work at all now.
