Watch charging part stopped charging
Two days after the 30 day Amazon return window closed, the watch charger stopped working, but the cell phone charger still worked. I contacted the company and they requested some pictures and information about what was happening. I sent everything to them and they offered a replacement or a refund of my money. I chose the replacement charger and received it in a few days. So far it is working just fine. I had bought two of their chargers and the first one is still working. I am happy the company stood behind their product and helped me out.

Marginal at best, there’s a reason it’s one of the cheapest
Bought two of these, one for me, one for my wife. One works intermittently, the other charged very slowly until I replaced the wall wart with a better one with a higher rating. The intermittent one is OK for phone, but keeps making a ding sound and resetting on watch, every 15 seconds or so.I replaced with the ANKER unit, which is much better but close to double the price.
