I have emailed, messaged, and otherwise tried to reach customer service about how to customize the bottom buttons. All attempts to contact them have gone ignored. The PC runs very hot. The display is just so-so. The fingerprint reader rarely works. There is very little battery life. It seems that the only type-C charger that will work with it is the one that came with it. The N100 processor is very underwhelming.

Almost perfect for a super busget laptop
The “UOWAMOU Laptop Computer 15.6 inch, Intel Quad Core N100, 16GB LPDDR5 RAM 512GB NVMe SSD Laptop with FHD IPS Display, WiFi 6, BT5.0, RJ45 Ethernet, USB Type C and Fingerprint, Windows 11 Pro” I received exceeded my expectations save one caveat.The laptop works fine for a budget computer. Can’t complain there. I can output 3k to a 4k monitor and play videos on it without trouble. The CPU is not the fastest, but quite adequate for general work using apps like office.The screen is actually very clean and clear at 1080p. I was glad to see that. Keys easy to type on too. I’m not a fan of the mouse pad, but that is easily solved with a wireless solution.My one caveat is that the usbc power jack is only for power. It doesn’t provide data as a port. I can plug in a usbc docking station to the full feature usbc port, but I still need to provide power to the laptop by plugging in a power supply to the “PD” usbc port. If that port provided data, then a hub could also provide power to everything, and make this laptop complete.Setting my caveat aside, this is a nice laptop imho.I’m using it currently to controll a blackmagic switcher and a bunch of other video gear.
