Satisfied customer, keyboard issue, happy that Lenovo support promptly sent replacement.
Purchased on behalf of my son as his gaming PC and he is very happy with this system. The computer arrived with a defective computer, most of the keys didn’t register, thankfully I had a mini keyboard on hand that was able to be used to get the computer setup. Once in and connected to wifi. All system and driver updates were applied with no change to original keyboard function. I went to the Amazon order and clicked “Get product support” which brought me directly to the Lenovo site which was able to identify the computer, run diagnostics and allowed me to quickly update the warranty details and order a replacement keyboard. The keyboard arrived 2 days later and a Lenovo rep called to verify that the new keyboard worked. Amazon also requested feedback asking if the issue was resolved. Very satisfied with the timeliness and attention to the resolution of the issue.

    Works great for casual gaming
I needed an upgrade from my 2016 MSI gaming laptop which struggled to handle FFXIV and WoW. This machine handles both with ease and was ready to go right out of the box. It is a solid option for someone who is looking for a decent gaming PC and doesn’t need any extra bells or whistles and has no desire to build something custom.

    Underpowered
You would think that a company like IBM would know not to go cheap on such an important component in a computer, especially one touted as a “Gaming Computer”, as the power supply, and yet Lenovo has done just that. The provided PSU is 500W maximum which means that it probably won’t ever provide 500 watts, but the provided GEForce 3060 RTX requires at least 600 watts to run efficiently, and 750 watts would be even better. The problem is that you have to be very careful what power supply to buy, since the case is small and requires a small form factor PSU. My solution was Corsair SF Series, SF750, 750 Watt, SFX, 80+ Platinum Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply (CP-9020186-NA), with an additional NECESSARY purchase of the COMeap 24 Pin to 10 Pin ATX PSU Main Power Adapter Braided Sleeved Cable for IBM Lenovo PCs and Servers 12-inch(30cm) because the Lenovo motherboard has a 10-pin connector for the PSU.You have to remove the hard drive and hard drive bay in order to get the original power supply out, but fortunately that makes room for the additional cabling. The solution of course would have been for Lenovo to source for a better-powered small form factor PSU, but it’s fortunate that the aftermarket provides such a solution. Kudos to Corsair for making the SF series to accomodate these small cases.

    No apparent power issues?
I purchased this computer because it has an RTX 3060, and I don’t think I’ve had any power issues using it for 3D rendering and AI generation. The second day I had it, I ran it at 100% GPU for four hours with no problem.

    Buyer Beware
So I saw the other reviews stating that the power supply wasn’t big enough, technically. I went ahead and purchased this unit anyways. The GPU does run in low power mode all the time. This hasn’t caused me any performance issues, but last night something happened. So I purchased this machine around Feb 24th 2024. It worked great for the money, although I did keep an eye on the power in case of any issues, but I didn’t notice any.Well randomly last night, the computer shut off and wouldn’t come back on. I ended up swapping some things with a known good PC and discovered the graphics card is fried. No computer will start with it being used. The return window is closed and the support site led me to a site in Singapore.I’ll never buy another Lenovo and I highly recommend anyone reading this review to avoid them as well. If you go pre built stick with cyberpowerpc or skytech.

    Sleek, Slim, And Quietly POWERFUL
Very very happy with this. The I5 is more than powerful. No flashy lights, loud noises, or sluggish performance. I’d use it over my Alienware M15R3 anyday.
