El costo beneficio
Al principio me molesto que el año gratis de windows 360 no fuera tan fácil de obtener. Sin embargo en la cajeta te dice que escribas al soporte de lenovo y te dan un teléfono también. Les escribà incluyendole la factura de amazon y a vuelta de correo me dieron la llave “key” para activar el año gratis de windows y todo bien. Por el costo bajo de esta laptop el beneficio es muy bueno (el ram y memoria).

Disappointing
As beautiful as it is there is a serious issue with the motherboard. Crashes every ten minutes of use no matter what I do. I’ll keep it as a scrap project to see if I can fix it at some point to give to my sibling, but for the amount of money I paid for this I expected it to actually work. Don’t be fooled.

This computer was very easy to start up,load software, and get things going. I did not have any problems setting up.

It was not what I expected.I thought the device was supposed to have great features and was supposed to be better than other options. However, the device was slow and stopped constantly. The start-up instructions were complicated. Also, it did not include the Office 365 license that was included in the purchase for free. I think that the characteristics of the processor is the cause of the problem.

Very Poor Wi-fi connectivity
This was a great laptop as far as the features go, offered on Amazon; but the laptop has a very poor wi-fi adapter built in. Since I have had the laptop (1 year), I fight with it on a constant basis to connect to the internet. Lenovo has a poor customer service department; they are not really helpful; and I think they are wasting my time to let the warranty run out, so they can push me into another laptop purchase. I should’ve followed my gut feeling and bought an HP laptop.I would NOT suggest going with Lenovo.

So far, so good. I love the 1TB SDD. Could be faster, but this is about what I expected for the price. Very slim. I use it for photo editing and astronomy.

Computer died in 10 months
This laptop died 10 months after I purchased it. I am a college professor, the only person using it. Even though it is a laptop, it never left my desk. I am a very careful computer user and very picky about my office space and everything in it. I tried to contact the technical support number listed by Amazon. Dead link. I contacted Lenovo. They didn’t want to honor the warranty, arguing that it was expired. I had to send them the invoice to prove the date of purchase. They then did some troubleshooting over the phone and concluded that I had to send them the device. In the labyrinthine instructions they sent me, one of the first things they said was to delete all sensitive information. How would you do that on a dead computer? Conclusion, got a new device and tossed this piece of junk. Buy at your own risk. You can do much better with competing brands. I tried to give Lenovo a shot with this purchase and it was a fiasco. I went back to safe zone.

I Made a Huge Mistake When I Ordered the Lenovo IdeaPad
My Lenovo IdeaPad3 was just over a year old when one of the hinges broke. This caused the main part of the laptop to separate at the upper right corner. It meant I couldn’t close the laptop and I was afraid it would quit working at any time. This happened just as Christmas shopping and planning was upon us, so I rushed when placing my order and wasn’t careful enough. I bought this IdeaPad1 which is a very different machine – more like a Chrome Book. I did the onetime switch away from that mode which, as they said, makes for a rather slow machine. Worse is the fact that many things from my old laptop didn’t map over well and Windows 11 functions quite differently than it did on the IdeaPad3. Overall, I really regret this purchase. If the hinge breaks on this one too (I’ve seen where that’s a very common problem with the IdeaPads) I will definitely not replace it with another Lenovo.

Muy bonita compu pero windows 11 da problemas y frezeos a la maquina lenovo no da soporte a los errores de w11 y el Software qué ofrece no da solución a los errores de ese sistema operativo –
Que lenovo de solución a los problemas de compatibilidad y errores de w11 eso es lo que no me gusto.
