Buy it!!!!
It took me quite some time before I found a laptop purchased it and now Iâm basking in my choice. This is a quality laptop that performs beautifully. I have the entire adobe creative cloud, and it has no problem running adobe illustrator character animator, camtasia, And other heavy programs at the same time, including a browser. I am the queen of multitasking, which is essential to the work that I do so it was very important to me to have a machine that did not lag and was strong enough to hold all of my applications. Itâs extremely lightweight. The battery life is decent. I canât complain about that, I connected to another monitor so Iâm not sure if it is touchscreen but I think I purchased it because it is but donât quote me on that. It has some really great features and exceptional capability. This is a machine and I hope that it last me until I am able to Purchase something else, but I definitely would be purchasing another Lenovo and I would recommend for this to anyone that needs a machine that they have to code on as I have python visual codes and I run on my machine so needless to say this is good if you work, especially The creative space because it can do what you need to do and it doesnât cost a fortune.

This saved my life.
I work from home at the moment. I needed a replacement and after intense research I went ahead and went with this one. Itâs larger than my old laptop but still small enough to fit comfortably in my bag. The price wasnât bad, it was on a deal though. The screen is nicer than my old one and the battery lasts about.. 4-5 hours for me. It does exactly what I expected it to do. I love it.

Overall itâs a good laptop the only thing I donât like is that the screen isnât as âclearâ and vibrant as my other monitors it kinda has a light hue to it where as my other screens donât, but other then that I canât complain. Easy to setup, functions perfectly for what I need.

I use this laptop for work, research, gaming and streaming.I have thousands of PDFs and at least three words files working at the same time and the laptop holds them maintaining a good speed.Battery life is good. It depends on what you’re doing and how many resources the apps are taking , so I am unsure if it lasts long or less than other devices.Streaming: It works amazingly. I can stream heavy games while having many opened tabs on chrome.Sound quality is all right, nothing too amazing. But for video sounds do come through well and if you have an external microphone, it will record nicely.Video and photo visuals are not great. I would say the quality isn’t uniform.

I ordered this laptop and did not realize this laptop was upgraded so I was concerned when my laptop sticker had differed speck. They walked me through everything. Customer service is amazing. They checked the system with me and I have had it three weeks and it is amazing. It works quickly and came with a free gift. It is lovely.

Lasted 2 months
I bought 2 of these at the same time and spent over $1,600 and 2 months later one suddenly stopped working. I keep getting a repair screen loop. I contacted Lenovo and was informed that it is a Windows issue and that they are not responsible. Trying to contact Amazon is a pain because all I get is a virtual assistant. I absolutely cannot recommend. If Amazon or Lenovo makes it right I will update my review.UPDATE: After 4 phone calls with Lenovo they sent me a thumb drive with Windows 11 I had to reinstall Windows and lost everything I had worked on. Crossing my fingers that it will not happen again.

Amazing customer service Only 4 hrs battery life
Advertised up to 9 hours battery life, not even close right out of box. We’ve struggled to get more than 4 hours. Also, screen quality is disappointing. Return initiated, will raise review and rate higher if customer service for return is good.Update: Bonus stars for great customer service related to return process.

Works like it should. My wife says she wishes it came with a dvd reader. Other than that it has a large ram. Speed is very good.
