Works great, awesome sound quality
I was watching these for a while and they went on a great sale, I bought them and they were amazing quality I wish I bought them sooner. The mic is good sounding and retractable so when you’re not using it hides away. The headphones are super comfortable even for my big head, and they are great quality. The 7.1 option with the built-in buttons sound the best. I bought a second pair from my brother for Christmas

Wow, Lenovo Legion lineup is better than expected!
First of all, Lenovo has done a fantastic job with their Legion gaming peripherals. Their simple yet modern and elegant designs are personally more attractive to me than over-the-top flashy designs. Itâs too bad the legion lineup is not getting the recognition they deserve. They did just release recently, but people are really missing out! Itâs truly a hidden gem! This headset has everything and more, plus very affordable!- In-depth reviewThe H500 headset is an all-in-one perfect gaming headset for both console and PC gamers. It even has specs for competitive professional gaming. The sound quality is amazing, I listened to some music and played hours of games on it. Sound is clear, bass is good, and in games, the quiet background noises were clear as well, which is important for immersion. As for comfort, which is my favorite aspect of this headset, outperforms any headset Iâve ever tried. This headset exceeded my expectations for what I believed was a limitation for any headset. First, the outer frame is made of stainless steel, which is very strong and lightweight. The durable metal frame does not feel cheaply made at all, and has a nice feel to it. I donât expect this headset to break anytime soon, even through mishandling. Second, the support for the ear cushions rotate in all direction, so it will fit onto anyoneâs head perfectly. The ear cushion itself is extremely soft and comfortable, perfect for marathon gaming sessions. Third, the layout of this headset was engineered with sophistication. You will understand what I mean if you put it on. Since the top part that lays above the head is stretched with springs, there is no need to constantly adjust to find a decent spot. The headset was designed to do that for you. Add that with the rotatable ear cushions, the pressure on the ear is just perfect. The pressure is just enough to not let the headset fall down and keep it in place, but it also sits lightly on the ear at the same time. You just put it on and youâre good to go, no need to adjust anything. The layout of the headset, the features, and the light weight of the headset all work together to become the simplest and most comfortable headset. I cannot recommend this enough.

The Lenovo Legion H300 VS H500 PRO 7.1
TL:DR H300 better on console, H500 better on PC. H500 DOESNT FULLY FUNCTION ON CONSOLE.(Tested on PC, and PS4)I own both models of these headphones. Both are of soild quality and have very similar features. If you play PC, the H500s are the better choice. The 7.1 Surround sound is awesome. However, it WILL NOT WORK ON CONSOLE. Console gamers are fine with the H300. The H300s volume slider is easier imo than the H500s buttons. The H500 seems to be slightly better made and more hefty then the H300s but not by much, both are mid weight. Both are comfortable to wear and don’t get extremely hot when worn for long periods of time. I like the adjustment system automatically fitting your head on both.Id highly recommend either

Extremely microphonics braided cable
Overall, I’m pretty much happy with how it sounds, the build quality looks top-notch, and the design is modern. One of the selling to point to me is you can use the traditional 3.5mm stereo/mic connection, or use the extra cable with the built-in soundcard to connect via usb2, although I would appreciate and hoping if it comes with detachable cable but apparently not. The sound signature is on the fun side. Initially, I though it was a full-blown V-shape until I switched to iphone (well the iphones are known for being midrange boosted) so I guess it would depend on the source and what you feed in it (YMMV). The midrange is right in the middle, and is pleasantly present across the spectrum. The treble could be improved as it is grainy and edgy especially on female voices (I’m guessing this is common with gaming headphones). Anyway, the soundstage is huge (it’s comparable to my Fidelio X2), and the bass slam is solid without being too much (again it reminds me of my fidelio X2). If you enabled the virtual 7.1. via USB , from flat it transforms the soundstage into holographic 3d which I definitely appreciated. I listened mostly to 80s rock and acoustics, and it feels so much alive with the virtual surround. My only biggest gripe is the braided cable. Designers and manufacturers should stop using braided cables on headphone, it is just a marketing gimmick that has no benefits at all but to ADD an EXTREMELY ANNOYING MICROPHONICS. A mild scratch of the cable on my shirt can be heard in the headphone, the cable hitting the desk can be heard, you need to be motionless if you don’t want microphonics. Deducting 1 star for microphonic braided cable.

Brushing up against the wire causes nuisance sound.
The headset looks cool, the sound is allright. Unfortunately, when you brush up against the wire there is a sound, it reverberates in the phones. I’ve mostly learned to ignore it but it can be very annoying.I’m using these for gaming and Youtube.

surprisingly comfortable
Iâve always gone for the light (admittedly flimsy) headphones, particularly the ones (that I can no longer find) that fit around the back of my neck. I have curly waist length hair which I often wear up in a variety of styles. Headphones that accommodate hair fashions are – well, no one makes them. So my hair often destroys flimsy headphones when it gets tangled with the smaller ear pieces.. and I wear headphones almost 8 hours a day, which gives plenty of chances for entanglement. The arches on these do, occasionally âfightâ with my hairsticks as I try to take them off, but have been pretty good with my hair all told AND they donât hurt my ears. Surprising! Gamers I know in person tell me that I sound like myself, so the quality seems good. Pretty much a win, so far.
