Low audio levels, short battery life, sent back
First of all the Amazon product page says this is a 2024 model yet the back of the laptop says, it was made in 2022, I really like the computer… good screen, great resolution, but the first thing I noticed is that the volume had to be all the way up in order to hear the audio. Secondly the battery went from full charge to half charge in about an hour, and got progressively worse each day until the battery was only lasting three or four hours.So I am sending it back and having them send me another one and giving it one more try.Well I should have known better… I received the “replacement” in a beat up resealed box that had obliviously been returned by someone else. It was never opened, they just slapped a shipping label on it and sent it to me. so now I am just going to get a refund. DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED !!
