Great value.
I was a bit disappointed at first as the picture showed USB3 ports and Display port video, so I bought adapter cables as my monitors are not display port. The PC had USB2 and DVI video. It seemed slow to boot and to load things. I added a USB3 card which is working well, and the DVI is no problem. I cloned the drive to a 240 GB SSD and it is fast and quick now. I secured the SSD to a 3TB HDD for storage and mounted it in the PC. There was a third SATA socket on the MB and I used a splitter on the power cord for the DVD drive. The computer is fast and very quiet. Everything works fine and the specs never claimed USB3, just the picture. This is a great value and I have recommended these or others from this seller to friends and family.

I bought this for my 9 year old grand niece to use as a glorified word processor. It already has a bare bones (at least this one does) Windows 10 Professional and MS Office on it. (Do an update for Win 10.) It has a Core i3 so it is not the fastest and greatest for gaming. But for children’s games it’s fine, which is fine by me. It came with a wired mouse and keyboard. Plan on the first day setting it up and updating the machine. Down loading took time and was not in a hurry.Didn’t need Tech Support so I don’t know how it is.All in all, it is well worth the money.NOTE! It has a manila envelope OPEN IT. There is a small USB stub in the envelope that must be plugged in to make the CPU WiFi capable.

Good computing speed when it works.
Overall, it works very well and is a great value. However, when received it went clunk, clunk, clunk, etc. and many customers would likely have sent it back. I opened it up, and found that the wires that power the case fan (i.e. not he CPU cooling fan) were stopping the fan from turning and it must have some current monitor that turns the fan power off then resets and tries again. The solution was easy, just moved the wires and secured them so they would not stop the fan, now I love the unit.

I purchased this same Lenovo ThinkCentre M72ecomputer from this same seller in April of 2021 to replace an old refurbished Dell I had for a long time. It lasted 2 years, I paid $129 with tax then.This one to replace it was just $97 and it works great. No dvd player installed, BUT, a USB DVD player, Mouse and Keyboard were included all for $97…!I like these old desk tops because they have all the familiar plugs in the back, I can switch them out easily.My first one was running very slow and having pre-crash notices, then it just died. But I ran it all weekend long and all night during the week listening to YouTube sleep wave sounds with external stereo speakers, so it put in a lot of hours in 2 years.This new one that I got to replace it started up perfectly, loaded my Norton Anti-virus and Super Anti-SpyWare and my Chrome browser, some photo editing and an extra browser, it was like a new High Performance Machine. I guess I got a good one not made on a Monday or Friday. :)HERE’S A TIP to extend the life of these old worn refurbished computers. HEAT IS THE MAIN THREAT, I like to remove the side cover and use a Quiet Stainless Steel Fan to keep the Hard Drive and Processor cool. It really helps. About every 4 or 5 months I’ll take the open sided computer outside and gently blow out the dust with the leaf blower.This also helps to extend the life, at least 2 years of hard running, for less than $100. GREAT DEAL… !(check out the pics)

All that glitters….
Well all seemed well, aside from a couple of cosmetic scratches it was a great deal. One thing I bought this unit for was to do some minor photo editing at my home office. Well I got everything set up and ready to go then grabbed a memory card and inserted it only to have my heart drop when I hear the sound of my card falling inside the tower ð²ð¡ð¤¬Thatâs right there was no card reader in the slot just an empty hole ð¤¯Now not only do I have a computer that wonât do the job I wanted it to do without spending even more money, I hove to take the cover off to fish out my memory card. Oh and did I mention itâs not WiFi capable?

This computer is well worth the money it is fast not bulky and mine came with a wifi adapter already some said theirs came with Intel core i5 mine came with the i3 which is what was described, but still its been nothing but great if you are looking for a budget computer to do any video editing, music production this one will be great for you the packaging was amazing the only thing it didn’t come with was the HDMI or avg cable which you can easily buy here as well for about $10 overall this thing is great and I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Works for what I needed
This came very well packaged inside a standard box, but boxed inside in a sturdy box. Since I’m using it to work from home and have to be hardwired, I didn’t need the Wi-Fi adapter, so I can’t speak on its performance there. I was able to easily connect my dual monitors with a VGA and USB to HDMI connector. So far, a month in, and it’s performing as needed. Sometimes it lags a little when logging into my work desktop, but it’s a beast and sucks a lot of memory for the process…this is to be expected, and co-workers using new machines are having the same problem. I also love the footprint of this tower. It’s smaller than the old monster I had sitting on my desk, and since it can sit upright or be laid on its side, I’ve got it currently acting as a stand for my second monitor until I cave and get an actual dual monitor stand.All in all, for a budget option, I would buy this tower again.

I really like the price! And I really like how well it works for my needs!! Works great for you tube, netflix, FB, searching, emails, etc. I can’t verify for heavy gamer use but works very well for Roblox. I did do a reboot almost a year later (last week Jan. 2024) and ran into issues restarting my computer. Amazon worked with me to message the seller and the seller was very prompt about responding and resolving my issues! Make sure to work through amazon assistant who will message the seller on your behalf. Phoning company directly is not recommended as it was not successful in my case. Anyhow Just do it through messaging and a live person will contact you and help you in a very pleasant manner (which was most definitely my experience!) Don’t hesitate to buy yourself one of these pc’s. I have no regrets!! And very thankful for the affordable price point! And the very efficient follow up to my issues that were resolved successfully! Up and running again and very happy!!

Works great but had some marks on the outside panel. This computers are obviously used and have been refreshed. It came with a mouse, keyboard and bluetooth/wifi dongle which I wasn’t expecting. I had to open it up to install a upgraded graphics card and it was spotless on the inside.

Was unable to download software that I need, I think because the specs are not as described. Worst of all, the product arrived in a very large box, and the computer frame was damaged, and cannot stand up alone, and the cover would not fit over the damaged frame.
