Disappointed
Had to return. Made me lose hours from work because pf logistics involved. Setting up, found defective and then returned. Too much stress. Can’t get back the unpaid hours lost from work since I was unable to make use of the computer at home which was the main purpose for my hybrid work from home. And office couldnât pay me for the hours and days I didn’t clock in and work.Terrible loss all around

Monitor broken button
The power button on one of the monitors did not work when it arrived. Luckily, I was able to take it apart. Slide the board over and put it back together. Someone else may have not been as capable.

Customers be ware, their computer are old and at end of life
CUSTOMER BE WARE. Purchased the product and within 9 months error read problems with fan. Contact technical support and was told I would be contacted by technical rep which did not occur. Called back and was put on hold for 20 min and no response. Will try again to call for support.Contacted the manufacturer and they said the computer they sold manufacturer in 2019 and is End of Life. The company is selling outdated computers.Sellers response sorry we don’t have parts to repair your computer.

2 HDMIs wonât fit.
The adaptors that come with the bundle are useless.You only have room for 1 HDMI adapter as theyâre so closely connected that you canât put two adapters. Do not recommend this if you want to run 2 HDMIs.
