good customer service
computer works great, just turn it on and it is ready to go with windows 10. Unfortunately they forgot to send the USB WiFi Adapter. I sent an email to customer service and I got a respond in a few hours, a couple of days later I received the adapter.

A Fast and Reliable Business Computer
It’s a very fast and reliable business computer. It also plenty of USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports for a lot of expandability options. There’s really no drawback besides the fact that it’s a Lenovo Thinkcentre so there’s really nothing sexy or cutting-edge about it.

Refurbished= less money
This is a reasonably fast machine for much less money. It replaces an old Windows 7 Acer computer which was getting rather long in the tooth, though still working. We paid about $220 for this refurbished Windows 10 unit, which came with a keyboard and mouse. The mouse was damaged in shipment, but I emailed the company which refurbishes these units and they shipped a replacement right out to me. We only use it for surfing the web, emails, and an occasional Word document, which we must do on the cloud. Overall, we have had for about two months now and are very happy.

Worked fine for business use until hard drive crashed
I purchased three refurbished Lenovo’s in January from two different companies on Amazon. The worked well for office use and initially seemed like great buys. However, as of September the hard drives have crashed on two out of three.Fortunately hard drives are inexpensive, but it is time consuming to replace a hard drive and rebuild the system to how configured. If you are getting one of these, I’d suggest making a drive image once set up. Obviously make sure all data is regularly backed up. It might be even better to just put in a new hard drive from the start. In the past I was able to find hard refurbished computers which had a new hard drive put in by the refurbisher. If you find an option like that, I’d strongly consider it, even if more expensive.

Nice general use desktop. Hard drives are old (mfg 2012)
Purchased two of these desktops for general use. Basic internet surfing, mail check, YouTube, word processing, etc. One is setup in my wifeâs studio and one is setup in a part of my man cave. They were easy to setup with no issues. The only issue I have is the hard drives were manufactured in 2012, but you donât know how many run hours are on them. The first thing I did was clone the hard drives to new 2T Seagate drives, using Apricorn EZGig Hardware & software. One was purchased from Blair Technology, and does not have a Microsoft Win10 Product key sticker. The other was purchased from TekRefurbs, which does have the Microsoft Win10 Product key sticker. Only time will tell how strong a computer they are but for the price you canât go wrong.

So far, so good
I’ve had this renewed computer for less than a month but I can tell I will be very happy with it. The machine is very quiet, I love the speed, and all the programs I’ve installed run smoothly. I did make one call to the seller for technical support; the agent pleasantly helped me solve the issue of concern. I do have a feeling of confidence in Blair Technology, the seller, in the quality of their work. I’m kinda bummed that the computer is now $40 less than when I purchased it. Otherwise, I think I made a smart purchase.

It is hard these days to get both great products and prices combined. However this company, Technology Geeks offers them both. Computer works great. I had an issue early on and when I called Tech Support they were extremely helpful. I need a second desktop in the near future for a small home business, and I plan to buy the same thing next time. Very satisfied!
