ALL THAT GLITTERS!!!
The product was as advertised, new, packed well. The computer is lovely, fast. it has been a week, setup w as a breeze, booted up and is networked and working. I added a second hard drive a Samsung 8GB SSSD, took all of 2 minutes. hardest part was finding 3 small screws to secure the drive, luckily, I had a bracket lying around with screws. I bought this after trying to buy a Dell to upgrade my old server at the office ( still going after 11 years a Dell computer but time to move on, the 2TB hd is at 1.87 TB!! After 2 weeks with no response form Dell to emails and not retuning my call after taking my number ( I guess they do not need my business) I bought this baby after reading the reviews.My problems started when I noticed the funny looking key board with ? Arabic? No biggie. have plenty of keyboards lying around.Next registration—It turns out the warrantee expires in January 2024 in anther 4 months and is registered as being sold in UAE! so I was pleasantly directed to the UAE website to update the warrantee period.long story short- I am keeping this bad boy. Very pleased. Today’s electronics do not give out unless there is a major manufacturing problem. Everything is backedup, worse case scenario I replace the 4tb NVME if necessary, I am a happy camper!!!

Works great and very fast
I ordered (Feb 14, 2024) this computer to replace my older computer. It came and I hooked up everything, then I noticed there was 4 keys on the keyboard that did not match what was printed on the screen. I called the number on the outside of the box and talked to a vey helpful person. He said he would send out the correct keyboard right away, this was on Feb 19, 2024. I received my correct keyboard on Feb 21st and it works correct, thanks to the fast response and fast shipping. I do recommend this computer and the company too!

A potential powerhouse, but it is incomplete to be a good system.
This system is designed to be a cheap computer that is almost impossible to be expanded. The motherboard has the solder points with no headers. The power supply (180 watt) is the weakest offered in the series and does have any extra power supply for a different video card. Memory can’t be expanded, again it has the solder points for extra memory. The wi-fi/bluetooth dongle is a cheap slow product, think about replacing it soon. Other than that it’s a pretty good computer, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Mostly really good
Great computer, fast and easy setup. There is no blue tooth or wifi built in, however they did include a wifi usb dongle. I also had several large drives that I had intended to install but there are no user serviceable access connectors inside to plug anything into.

It is fast, but you can not upgrade the Video card!
The problem is you can not upgrade the video card. you can put a 4060 RTX in the case but there is no power connecters so it will not work, contacted the manufacture and they said there is no adapters so when they said it could be updated, they lied!

Missing important but essential components with invalid warranty
This I just realize this pc has no bluetooth ????? I thought in this day and age it should be with every pc???? Too late to return. Only learn of this deficiency while trying to hook up my earphones thru BluetoothUpdate- PC came with a bluetooth and wifi pluginUpdate on 8/8/24 – after talking to vendorWhen i try to register this PC with Lenovo, i found that this PC was originally sold thru UAE. But after talking to vendor i have been told they will provide the tech support internally. Since i have not tested the strength of technical support I cant say how good or strong it is. Regardless, it seem to working well in meantime and functioning good.. hopefully it keeps that way
