Too inconsistent for price –
Worth the cost
Really quick shipping. Product arrived and was put through updates immediately without issue. Nice screen. Everything works, keyboard lights up, finger print is on the on off button. For 700 I couldn’t have done better, it has 24 gb of ram making it easy to handle what i need it to do, 1tb ssd for storage. No complaints, definitely worth the cost.

E series FTW
Say what you want about the E series of old purists, but this laptop feels solid. Itâs of course no frills, but checks all the right boxes for a daily Citrix machine. It runs flawlessly, gets about 8 hours of battery life on balanced mode. The screen is bright enough and crisp to view in spite of being lo res compared to my last. Iâd recommend this to anyone seeking a value based laptop. First impression is that this thing will hold up well for years to come. It feels more solid than my ASUS it is replacing that has held up for 8 years. Iâm very happy with this purchase.

Decent no-frills laptop
Currently running Windows 11/Fedora linux dual boot.Computer runs fine. I use it most days for some programming/networking uses I can’t do at my desktop. It’s sturdy and I don’t feel like I need to be extremely cautious with it. The keyboard feels nice and I like the trackpad.Battery life is pretty decent if you enable power saving mode and don’t crank the screen brightness/use heavy programs while not plugged in.The only downsides I’ve seen so far are minor:1. the top of the screen/lid attracts fingerprints like nothing else. It doe snot look great after like 5 minutes of holding the laptop.2. some of the decisions on the keyboard are a little awkward. Like swapping the Fn and ctrl keys, usually the ctrl key is on the bottom left corner and then the Fn key is the second one in on all the other laptops I’ve used. This is something I don’t think I’ll get used to.3. the trackpad is very far to the left. There isn’t much palm rest room there.Fortunately if I need to use this laptop for more than an hour I have the option to dock it and work with an external keyboard, but for those times I’m not working like that it can be annoying.

Stopped working at 34 days
Worked great for the first month and now having operational issues already. Having to mail in for tech support as it is not functional at all

Going strong many months later
Been running this laptop for just about a year as a remote work and personal laptop. I play casual games and this runs most without any issues. Internet connection is always strong and stable, batter lasts a very long time with light work 5 or 6 hours is typical battery times for me. I would recommend this all day long and for sure would buy another if I ever needed to.

Good laptop butâ¦
For the most part, great laptop. It does what it needs to do. The only two things I didnât care for was the description said this was a fingerprint reader, and that doesnât work at all. Also (and this a preference thing that I shouldâve paid closer attention to) instead of the Ctrl button being all the way to the left at the bottom, itâs the second button in. Probably not a huge deal to most, but I have a system. And when I type fast, I need it to be where my brain knows itâs at. Now I have to pause and it takes me a bit longer. Just saying.
