2nd one is better
First laptop arrived, wouldn’t hold a charge for long, the charger sent was not a Lenovo, and the computer pointed that out. The charger got very hot during charging the battery. Then the screen started flashing. OOO bad sign. All within a couple of days. Went back for replacement. Same battery/charger issue. Went to ebay ordered a Lenovo battery and charger. Sooo much better.

Charger extremely Faulty
I have tried several different ways to charge this laptop; I followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by the seller, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the devices charging software and switching plugs/outlets. Nothing worked long term, and I canât even use the laptop as it hasnât turned on for about a month. Beware before purchasing, this device likely will not last you or function properly for that matter when you receive it. Waste of money.

El producto está en buen estado, trae pequeños detalles estéticos. Con Windows 10 Pro que se actualizó a 11 Pro. Cumple con la descripción al 100%. El cargador no es el original, pero se ve de buena calidad. El único punto negativo es el teclado en inglés, que se soluciona comprando y cambiando por uno latinoamericano.

La laptop funciona bien y esta muy bien cuidada. Sin abrirla se ve que los ventiladores tiene polvo por lo cual asumo que le falta mantenimiento. El cargador que venia con la computadora no entra completamente y no carga, por suerte tenemos un cargador compatible con los valores de carga de la laptop, por eso 4 estrellas, si no serÃan 5.Pros: Es touch, es ligera, se ve comoda, funciona todo en la laptop e incluye su plumilla, permite actualizarse a windows 11 gratis y es muy rapida, la pantalla se ve de muy buena calidad y definición, no tiene rallones.Contras:Cargador generico incluido no funciona, llego descargada, si no tuvieramos otro compatible habrÃamos pensado que la laptop no funciona.Resolución de la camara: Media, no es la peor pero tampoco es la mejor.Polvo en el ventilador, requiere mantenimiento y limpieza general. No tiene ‘ñ’ pero puedes poner el lenguaje en español y usar la tecla de ; para eso. Se le marcan las manos muy facil.La laptop se siente caliente por que esta instalando todas las actualizaciones iniciales. Si la temperatura es caliente de manera constante actualizaré mi comentario.
