It’s great computer in great conditions, so far it has worked well, just a couple of comments. The excellent condition status is achieved by placing a sticker to cover the wear, but other that that is sterically ok. Second, the battery was new but it was not calibrated and at a first glance it looked like a old battery. I had to recalibrate the battery so the computer could recognized its true capacity (it had the old battery readings)

We had an issue with the laptop early on but their customer service team helped us fix the issue. So its good now.Customer support is great
