    Touch screen
    I like the touch screen. But I don’t like the paper wrapped around the whole laptop. I want to find a clear plastic cover.

    False advertisement
    This product did not follow Amazon’s guidelines for “Refurbished-Excellent”. The laptop had obvious blemishes that were covered up with stickers. Stickers that covered every square inch of the laptop. I consider this to be false advertising. Similar to a car salesman claiming “excellent paint job” then you get the car and they vinyl wrapped it to hide a degrading paint job. Unhappy.
