Extremely Strong Hold
I have been wanting one of these for my car for a long time. My Daughter wanted one for Christmas so I figured she would get one first and I can just learn how strength worthy it is from her. I figured while driving if you go over bumps or sharp turns or anything, it would fling off or just fall. As soon as my Daughter got and tried it with her phone, she started flinging it and acting like she was throwing and tossing it, testing it out. Never one time did that thing even move an inch! It sticks well and mounts wherever you want it.My advice is pick well on the location you want to put it at because itâs not going to come off easily at all. The design is great because itâs small enough to go anywhere. Installation is a breeze though. I love the security most, how much it really does have a great strong hold⦠So now that itâs past the test with my daughters driving and use, I will definitely be purchasing one for myself and husbands vehicle!! It also comes with a magnet you can add to any type of phone case to use, so it does not have to be a MagSafe phone charger.

Nice but I wish the magnet was rubberized
This is a decent little mount for an iPhone. The magnet is pretty strong so your phone is not going to fall off, but for me, my phone does rotate around on the stand, so it’s not always upright. I drive a Jeep and it’s bumpy and I drive offroad often, so I need something that will really lock it in place. I use a Peak Design fabric phone case, and their matching phone mount for the car does a better job of locking my phone in one position.It does come with a stick on metal ring that you can attach to your phone case with adhesive if you don’t have a Mag-Safe case. And when I tested the strength of that ring, I’m pretty sure it would lock the phone in place really well. But I do have a Mag-Safe case and also a matching Peak Design stand for my desk at home so I don’t want to modify the case. I’m sure for 90% of people it will not be an issue, but I just mention it to make sure people are aware.Otherwise, I like how the stand rotates around the base. It clicks when you rotate it and it stays where you put it. I’m sure if I removed my case and just used the bare phone it would stick a lot better. So I’m being a little picky. But I think if they included a round rubber sticker you could put on the magnet portion of the stand that would improve the design and make it less “slippery”. But I would still recommend it as is for most people.

This is a nice piece of magnetic car mount/stand! Itâs small and not obtrusive. I love the strong magnet which keeps my phone safe even in bumpy roads. My iPhone 16 Pro has a bulky heavy case and it hasnât been dropped off of this thing!The installation is very easy! Thereâs even a QR code provided on the packaging to quickly watch the installation video. Everything is provided including the wipes to clean the surface. My dashboard is rough surface but itâs still sticks pretty good! Iâm happy with this product!
