Unique case, smaller than some full ATX cases, yet fits everything.
I bought this case almost a year ago. I was at first skeptical by the lack of reviews but the case definitely is a premium case. I did want a case where the GPU doesn’t sag, and I wasn’t sure if my 360mm radiator would fit. If you see in the 2nd picture I was able to mount my Arctic Liquid 360mm radiator without modifications through the top and back behind the GPU. Since the motherboard has a 90degree turn with the rear I/O facing upwards, it’s very easy to connect all your accessories. The only mod I added was buying rubber furniture raisers so that the four bottom fan pulls enough air into the case. No drilling necessary the bottom is flat, 3M double sticky tape did the job.The negative I could see is that the glass is pretty dark (also can be a positive since you see much of the cable management inside the case). The case is definitely heavy, but I was aware of that since this was a fully new build PC.PC Parts used:CPU – Intel i7-13700k (no issues)AiO – Arctic Liquid Freeze 360mm RGBMSI MPG Z690 Edge DDR5 M-BoardG.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 48GB-DDR5-6800 RAMZotac Trinity OC RTX4080 GPU (big card)Samsung 980pro 1TB OS Win10pro drive NVMeSamsung 980pro 2TB game drive NVMeSamsung 970evo 500GB file backup NVMeMSI 482 pro 2TB Picture/ video drive NVMeSamsung 850evo 500GB OS Ubuntu SSD5x Noctua 120mm fansSamsung G8 34in OLED 175hz primaryAlienware 34in IPS 120hz secondary

Sexy case, lot’s of compliments from techies and non techie people
It’s a box made of Glass and Metal. Looks great. Good Port selection upfront, beautiful side glass on both sides. real metal not plastic painted in metal. It’s a beautiful ATX case. with plenty of space.Have gotten tons of compliments from family, fiends, and clients.Only suggestion would be making the branding *(that is only on one side) less prominent but it’s not too prominent as is so not gonna knock. it.

    missing screws
The cowboy case is awesome and I love it. I am giving it 4 out of 5 because it had no motherboard screws. It did come with a completely random assortment of screws I did not need, in odd numbers like someone emptied their desk in a bag. It sucks to pause your build when the nearest screws are a half hour drive away.

Amazing case needs a couple tweaks.
I love this case! It is a great size and the 90 degree rotation of the motherboard is awesome. I bought this case because of my belief that hot air from my GPU shouldn’t rise up to my CPU. I’m not a professional PC builder and do minimal overclocking, so I work with what I can afford. I also live in a warmer region so the least amount of warm air in my case I can get, that’s what I’m going to do.It fits my Tomahawk B550 MAG perfectly! Plenty of cutouts for cables to come through reducing the jumbled mess blocking airflow. I love how the I/O panel is on the top as well for looking down. The case comes with quite a few velcro straps for cables also. The only real problem I have with the case is that the CPU power cable has to do one of two things: either run down the back and out a cutout then back up to the plug, or use a vent hole for the PSU to slide the connector through. I chose the second option to reduce cord from running further length. Works and still looks pretty clean!Great case for a new look. Highly recommend!

    Slick and spacious
Fits a 420 AIO cooler in push-pull setup. That’s a 6 x 140 mm fans. Plus 3 more 140 mm fans on the bottom with a slight overlap 🙂 for bragging rights.

    The SONG in the video
Is called “The other side of paradise” by the harmonics! I’ll say this song fits the cowboy vibe of this case!

Geometric M8 Cowboy: Wonderfully solid, needs a few mods/alterations
So I obviously like this case, I find its simplicity tasteful and refined.I do have some critiques about the layout specifically. I think this is in need of modding, especially if you plan to air cool it, or have a air cooled GPU.So Geometric recommends you have the bottom as an intake, the rear as an exhaust. I think that setup is fine for watercooling, however when/if aircooling is used in almost any capacity this seems like it would simply cause turbulence, as the GPU fans would be constantly splitting the air with the exhaust.if instead you use this as an intake, you’ll have to get some kind of mesh to prevent dust from getting into the case. That’s fine, it’s an easy DIY job and it’ll cost you ~$20 to get something specifically matching what you want. However there is another alternative. If you “vertically” mount the GPU, this now allows you to modify the old GPU PCIe cover area with a 140mm fan mounted inside the IO shroud area, and or possible a smaller 120mm fan using the port covers themselves. Obviously this fan would have to have a guard installed on it, but I think it would alleviate most of the airflow issues this case has.Interestingly, this case also technically could fit 2 200 mm fans on the inside of the IO shroud cover area (again, also would have to have guards to protect cables) this would be a very very tight fit, it would also render the IO area practicably inaccessible but if you were to liberally use 90° adapters and extensions in as many places as possible (especially DP, HDMI and Ethernet), it should be doable. Now, as for my suggestions to improve this case:-Geometric Future should drill holes to mount a 140mm fan behind the normal mounting area where the GPU would normally rest, for extra exhaust for those who want to or can “vertically” mount their GPU, as well as provide a conversion kit for those who choose to do so.-Geometric Future should offer full back panel covers which mirror the front of the case, or a simple metal cover as an optional extra purchase. While I personally like the look of the double glass panels, I’m sure there are many who would greatly prefer to not potentially have subpar cable management on full display-I’d very very much like to see some included plastic/rubber covers for the cable entrances. This to me is the case’s biggest concern. The edges to those are not sharp, but they are metal. Over time I can see them cutting into chonkier cords.

The m8 case is a more grown up appearance than your usual gamer cases. It has the room to accommodate larger components and stylish enough to look like a piece of modern artMy build features a Noctua D15s cpu cooler and a Gigabyte Aorus gpu in a vertical orientation and they fit just fineI set the rear fans as intake and added a mesh filter to the back of the case to prevent dust in the caseI originally had a 360mm aio at the rear of the case but found the tubes caused stress on my gpu as the tubes were on the shorter length, if you want to install an aio you will be better off with tubes that are 450mm or higher in length but I also found the aio caused my gpu to run a lot hotter as wellMy advice is to go full custom loop cpu and gpu or full air cooled setup, the d15s has close enough the same temperatures I was having with my aio but my gpu temperatures are on average 5c lower now idle and full loadCable management was a little challenging as the cable panel is glass, if I had planned it a little better I would have bought some black trunking and created channels for the cables to run through but the tinted glass is dark enough to not see the cables clearly without getting close to the glassThe case variantsLohan Black/White – lowest version of the range, they DO NOT have usb-c on the front io and DOES NOT have the trim on the glass side panelsCelluloid/Bohemian – middle version of the range, this DOES have usb-c on the front io but DOES NOT have the trim on the glass side panelsDharma/Cowboy – highest version of the range, DOES have usb-c on the front io and DOES have the trim on the glass side panelsThese are the only differences in the versions of the Model 8, everything else is identical apart from cosmetic colourings or front panel aluminium and trimsAll in all the Model 8 is a medium difficulty to build in but spacious and requires a little planning on layout/components complementing each other for best performance. Looks amazing with a nice change from the standard everybody has that same layout casesSmall update! You can install 2x200mm fans inside the io compartment, use 90 degree cable extension for all of your connections and the fans will fit with fan guards, this drastically improves temperatures of the gpu cpu and psuI’ve also installed a fourth 120mm fan at the bottom of the case as well but this minor improvement and not as big as the 200mm fans but visually better

This is just a first impressions as I am not planning on building in this case for a few months, however there are no other user reviews.Firstly the shipping from Kalfsen B.V. from NL to UK was very smooth and arrived within a week via DPD. The case was shipped in the original box only and unfortunately not double boxed. Be very careful cutting open the box as the aluminium front is under the top flaps with only a plastic bag protecting it.The design of the case is a rarity combining a minimalist and grown up aesthetic with a 90° rotated layout. I’m planning on using this for a semi-passive system that can rely on convection currents to vent out the top. The SilverStone ALTA F1 is similar in these respects but they made the mistake of having the glass sides reveal the top I/O section and the fan placement at the top is awkward. Geometric Future have made a much better attempt at this format by hiding the top of the glass using brushed aluminium (Dharma model) and making the back available for fan mounting. My two criticisms are that the panel behind the motherboard is unnecessarily made of glass. I would have preferred it to be more heavily tinted or made of aluminium matching the front. Additionally there is no dust filter for the rear of the case. The reviews I have seen show that using intake on the side as well as bottom performs best with the positive air pressure releasing through the open top.Quality I’m happy to say is very good. The finish on all the materials is perfect, as is the powder coating of the metal. The case feels very sturdy overall due to the thickness of the panels. The top panel does rattle slightly if tapped directly due to how it fits but I don’t think this will be a problem in normal use. One YouTube video I watched showed the top panel on their case was stiff but I have no issue removing mine. The back panel is slight concave at the top of mine which I think may be a manufacturing defect although it’s very minor and hard to see without holding a ruler up to it.Overall I’m satisfied that the quality of this case makes it worth the admittedly high asking price given that it ships with no fans.Edit: I’ve now completed a build in this case. The build was straight forward as access around the case is good once stripped down. The only tricky part is the EPS12V and fan cables at the top of the motherboard as this is very close to the PSU cover. The finished result looks very tidy and the tinting is heavy enough to just show anything lit up internally. My concerns about the rear panel being glass and looking messy where unwarranted. Thermals are great and the convection airflow is good enough to run an old overclocked 5820K system passively when under low loads.

This is a great looking case which has some unusual design features and because of this it really needs a manual. Without a clear explanation it isn’t even immediately obvious which way up the case goes until you realise that the black plastic bits are the feet. It is also not that clear how to get it open. Strangest of all is that the ports to all of the peripherals, internet etc. are hidden within the case rather than connected to the back panel and there are two square holes to feed all of the cables through. I had never seen this before and it confused me. Fitting liquid cooling and fans is easy and it is a great case for cooling and air circulation. It is also easy to keep the cables tidy with the layout of the power supply and there is plenty of space for connecting the power cables in the ingeniously design compartment. It is a really good case and that is why it has that price tag. If only it came with a manual I would have given it five stars.

I will not comment on the looks of this case as that is obviously a very personal thing. The materials and build quality of this case are excellent. It is finished to a very high standard and feels very strong. Smoked glass side panels allow your RGB to shine through whilst minimising the view of cables.Inside there is plenty of ventilation on the front and top, with space for radiators in case you are liquid cooling. The interior plate allows for fitting of almost any size and shape of motherboard and there is a nice hidden panel behind the motherboard for good cable management. Removable filters help to keep the dust away. The front IO is good an should be easily accessible unless it is tightly fitted under a desk.Overall this is an expensive but excellent case. It is very well designed and should allow you to build and upgrade your PC for years to come.
